They have full staff but Super POOR management, SHAME. They mixed our order, we ordered different things and we got totally different orders… never apologized… to get water refilled, you must wait about an hour, also an hour after you told them to refill it. If you didn’t tell them, I think they NOT gonna refill it. We stayed in the hotel and it was snowing and we didn’t have choice to go to other local restaurants. We had to visit that restaurant 6 mines during our stay, for breakfast, lunch and dinner … all the time the same result, they had 6 chances but … it means they …. I’m from NYC, come and learn from NYC restaurants how to manage and run restaurant business. SHAME

A complete melting pot & the best “hotel restaurant” I’ve yet to experience. Branzino was amazing & the pasta was phenomenal! Also had affogato & crème brule. Everything was very delicious! Austin & Luis were kind & accommodating. I happen to be staying at the hotel here for Christmas & usually you have very low expectations for your hotel restaurant & truthfully I often skip them entirely but after driving 4 hours to get here & seeing the other reviews, my spouse convinced me it would be ok & we were not disappointed by any means. In fact we plan on returning during the day because the view here is AMAZING! Don’t skip it!

The lamb chops at Beneci’s are just superb, perfectly grilled and melt in your mouth, served with arancini balls filled with mushroom risotto. Tiramisu for dessert was absolutely delicious. Service is extremely attentive. This spot is a true hidden gem with great views of the NYC skyline.

Had an absolutely incredible experience at this restaurant, all thanks to our amazing waitress, Emma! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcomed and special. She even acknowledged our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch! Her service was top-notch – attentive, friendly, and so genuine. The food was beyond spectacular, and we left feeling completely satisfied. Every detail of the evening felt warm and personal, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much, Emma, for making our night unforgettable! Highly recommend this place!

Served by Luis – It was an amazing experience and made us go back 4 times during our 2 day trip to Hoboken. Amazing customer service.
Loved the food especially their Bruschetta and the margarita pizza. Would also recommend the Salmon and the Gnocchi. They even made Vegetarian Arrabbiata for me even though it was not on the menu.

Casual breakfast eating. Wonderful wait staff Emma served us and was super patient and seemed to anticipate our needs and tastes.
She went out of her way to make sure we had everything and anything we wanted and searched for Kosher products for us great ambiance and you look out the windows at the beautiful Harbour with the sun coming up. Pleasant Jazz music but not too loud very relaxed yet cool. Great experience every single morning.

The food is the only saving grace at this restaurant, I got water one time in an hour and a half. It’s an Italian restaurant playing early 2000’s hip hop…. They are fully staffed yet took 35 minutes to get my order in and another 30 to get food. Extremely disappointing, I wish I didn’t have to pay my bill. EDIT: The manager did discount my meal thank you to him.

They have a small, cute menu for breakfast. Haven’t checked out their lunch or dinner. If you come on in from 6-10:30, you can expect around 8-10 breakfast plates with items like pancakes, fruit, croissants, french toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, coffee, juice, and tea. Prices for a breakfast plate were $12-18. In my picture you’ll see 5 plates. My biggest negative is that their menu said they had natural orange juice and I even asked the server to confirm. She said the orange juice was natural but not the apple juice. Well, they don’t fool me. Natural orange juice is very easy to identify, even by looking at the bright color I could tell it was not natural. My cinnamon roll and croissant also tasted packaged and dry like they don’t make them fresh, which is okay since they are not a bakery, but I didn’t like mine too much. The pancakes tasted like wheat pancakes (I never confirmed but they just had a weird taste). The rest of the food was delicious and they have cute little jellies and honey.

Beneci’s is amazing. The staff is nice and attentive. They make sure you have everything you need. They remember your faces if you’ve came in multiple times. We love that this restaurant is right under the hotel we were staying at. The food was delicious to the point to where we checked breakfast, brunch, and dinner out while we were there. The alcohol menu is great as well. All in all we have a wonderful time here and will definitely be back. Thank y’all

I tried most of the dishes in their breakfast menu. I tried Pasta and Pizza as well in dinner.
The breakfast is great here. I recommend French Toast, pancakes, Bagel sandwich, waffle.
Overall a great place to dine.
