Great experience with even better ice cream flavors and tastes. Would recommend again and again. Clean space. Extremely friendly and accommodating employees. Good I’ve cream. Portions good for price. And lots of variety! Come by for a good treat- right next to the Michigan creamery so there’s competition but Ben and Jerry’s is so good.

Got a milkshake and I think it was single handedly the worst milkshake I’ve ever had. It was like drinking milk. I couldn’t finish it it was so bad. Disappointing from B&Js! Stick to the scooped ice cream. Customer service was great though.

I got a mint shake and it was basically watery milk with mint chunks! But then I shared some of my boyfriends s’more ice cream and it was delicious!! So I guess stay away from the shakes.

The wait was a little long and they seemed understaffed but thats not unusual everyone has help wanted signs up in this city. Ice cream was great but the restaurant needed cleaning. Again they seemed understaffed. Service was polite and respectful not to mention helpful they just need more employees. I recommend stopping in after some shopping if you have the time.
