We had our daughter’s birthday party here yesterday and it was the absolute best experience!! The employees were so sweet with the kids, and everyone loved getting a behind the scenes tour of the shop and making their own cookies and tie dye t-shirts. We would recommend their birthday parties to anyone!

Went to pick up an ice cream cake for a birthday the day before Thanksgiving. The employee greeted me right away, was very informative of how to best take care of and then consume the cake, and overall very nice. Will definitely return! Cake was DELICIOUS!

Great team ALL around!
I recently purchased a large party pack for my son’s 12th birthday party and the team was fantastic! They were patient, explaining thoroughly and answering all my questions- they even patiently communicated with my son about topping choices!
We decided to go in and get some ice cream on his actual birthday and the young lady was so fantastic (and had actually prepped our party pack 2 days earlier than we planned to pick them up) that I decided to buy a second party pack and have NO regrets!
5 stars all the way! Great service- great work- great experience!!!

Julia is amazing at scooping ice cream. She is very precise and has immaculate form. She made me want to get a dipped waffle cone. She is very good at her job. She is the best scooper i have ever met. Casey is alright too.

I signed up & became a Flavor Fanatic & you will receive a complimentary cone on your birthday. I went for my all time favorite, Cherry Garcia!
When you come into the shop, tell them you’re in the club and get 10% off is my understanding. That’s cool!

Ben & Jerry’s have been my go-to ice cream for many years. I had not done a review of this location and we have lived here for nearly 4 years.
As one other reviewer said, good ice cream but not cheap. On this visit, I believe my husband paid about 15 dollars plus a tip for just two “small” ice creams. So I can’t imagine what a big family may spend in one visit.
But it is so so good!

Always love to come here with my grandkids on the weekends! Store is clean and staff is very friendly and professional. Recently have been seeing a lot of staff member, Taylor! So sweet and wonderful with my family. I hope see more of her in my future visits.

This shop is great. Awesome ice cream, young staff that are super respectful, clean store, fresh made waffle cones. What more could you ask for. They also sell their ice cream at Davidson College Football and basketball games. So fun.
