Came with my girl to get vanilla ice cream, which I usually always get. I’m not a big ice cream guy, but when I do get ice cream, it’s vanilla all the way. Anyway, to cut to the point, I got my ice cream and it didn’t taste like vanilla; it tasted spoiled. I only took two small licks with the spoon to make sure I wasn’t going crazy and even told my girlfriend to try it, and she said, yeah, it doesn’t taste right. I went back and explained what happened, but they didn’t really help. The girl with the tattoos was there, and I asked if I could get another one, but I still had to pay. It’s not like I wanted to get free ice cream, I just wanted another flavor. I feel like the service could have been better, like helping me out or checking the temperature on the ice fridge, or maybe someone leaving the ice cream open at night because it 100% tasted spoiled.

There are a lot of flavors and the ice cream is pretty fresh, although it was a little bit hard. I would definitely recommend getting a chocolate dipped waffle cone which was absolutely delicious. The location is also convenient, as it is just a short walk from other restaurants in Sarasota. There are also nice benches and seating outside as well.

Staff was nice, but there was only one member of the staff on cashier and serving so it’s not a personalized treatment per customer. You are basically forced to pay extra for a different cone because the icecream servings are huge compared to the cone so if you stick to a normal one your icecream will drip. Milkshake was good but we were not offered a different of milk other than whole. We had to sit in an area that has tables but they use it as storage room. Overall the icecream was worth it.

Super complicated flavors made from real cream and delicious ingredients. You can never go wrong with a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream cone. Loved the big wooden swing you can sit on outside this small location in downtown Saratoga!

I’ve been coming here for years and they always have good ice cream and there used to be a very nice young manager there for many years who was also very courteous….we went there today and the milkshake was extremely watered down. About an hour after consuming the milkshake I got very sick… I can only assume the milk was spoiled. Ordinarily I would give one star for food that makes me sick but I’m leaving it at 2 because in the past the ice cream has always been 5 star ( although skimpy scoop portions compared to other Ben & Jerry’s).

We went to the store yesterday evening, July 4. The line extended outside, but we saw it was moving so we got in line. Once we got inside, we could see they practically had an army of staff working the counter and serving as quickly as possible. So even though there were a lot of people in line, all six of us had our ice cream within just a few minutes–we were very impressed!

Really skimpy on candy, prices extremely high. I don’t like the consistency of the ice cream. For the price of a small dish, I can buy a half gallon at the grocery store, and in my opinion, enjoy it more.

If I were to buy ice cream out, I’d go to a locally owned place and get a flurry. Ben and Jerry’s is too corporate for me, despite the marketing efforts to convince me otherwise

1st time to ben Jerry it was great , My favourite flavour of all time is the Justice remixed I wish they would have more of that ice cream available I always try to stop in when I’m drive by one

My daughter didn’t like the strawberry ice cream she received because it was too sweet. We asked if it could be replaced with another kind of ice cream instead, but our request was not accepted. Since she didn’t enjoy it, we left a 1-star review.
