There are a ton of ice cream places in this area– some with longer lines which can be more enticing. But the fact of the matter is, Ben & Jerry’s is the best tasting ice cream, loaded with little chunks and goodies galore. If you disagree, that’s fine and dandy, but our taste buds ain’t the same. Granted, this location offers nothing more (or less) than other Ben & Jerry spots (and you can obv get it in stores all over), and so depending on how you’re feeling, it may be ideal to go with a novelty, LBI specific ice cream. On the other hand, if you want to avoid any potentially disappointing surprises elsewhere, the top tier delicious consistency here is a reliable, 5-star ice cream and you knoww thisssss.

Customer service was below average. Was 5 girls working and only 3 customers in front of us, it took 20 minutes. The girls were talking and moving very slow. See reference picture attached. We ordered the sundae and it came in a cup instead of a dish. Was not given 4 scoops of cookie dough and a large brownie like advertised! We got a small 1 inch browine, and only like 3 little chucks of cookie dough. Kinda disappointing

Love this place and the waffle cones are always amazing! I usually get churray for churros but I found out they don’t make it at this location anymore so I was upset but I got milk and cookies instead which is always amazing!

This was my first time EVER at. A real Ben & Jerry’s store! It was amazing a real dream come true the lovely littlemlady that was there (by herself I believe) handled the customera very very and she was very polite as it was my first time thwre and I had no idea what I was doing. However she introduced me to ma favorite flavor Caramel but it was a triple caramel fudge chunk I believe caramel ice creamwith a caramel swirl annnnnnnnd fudge covered caramel bites! I have never seen thay flavor here where I live in Poughkeepsie, NY. Keep up the good work folks! I’ll definitely be back!

My favorite place in the planet, sure they’re not as cheap as some competitors but oh boy can you expect quality here, it’s some of the best ice-cream I’ve ever had, I even took a trip from Philadelphia to here in a single night solely to grab some ice-cream and show it to my friends. It’s a beautiful location in its own right, not mention how close it is to beach haven proper with all of the shops, but the store itself is gorgeous and vibrant, the employees are helpful and energetic, and I simply love how environmentally conscious this establishment is, all and around, this is the one and only place I go to for hand scooped ice-cream on the entire island.

What can be said about Ben &Jerry’s? A lot! The service was excellent, efficient and super friendly. The hot fudge sundaes received four thumbs up from my kids. The atmosphere outside is friendly and fun. Eat a wonderful dinner somewhere else, and walk over to Ben & Jerry’s for dessert!
