We drove by this place many times and always commented “we need to try this place”…..today we did it, great food and friendly people. My wife saw chicken livers with mushrooms and onions on the breakfast menu, she got hash browns, wheat toast and two eggs over medium to go with it….not my breakfast of choice but she liked it. I enjoyed a he man breakfast, 2 eggs over medium, two pancakes and ham. Loved everything except they don’t serve it with butter, just margarine. Nice fluffy pancakes, egg just right and good ham. I noticed they have a few Greek menu options, I may be trying some of these on our next “looming on the near horizon” visit.

Classic, old school diner that’s killin’ it with a very friendly and attentive staff, super quick service and delicious food. My breakfast arrived about 5 minutes after it was ordered and everything is piping hot. Definitely a local gem in Bellaire! Three thumbs up!

I have been in houston all my life, i have passed this place time after time. Although its a little confusing walking in and not knowing where or if to just sit, i was greeted promptly from a waitress 50 points! How many times do you go somewhere and you sit and wonder who is the waitress? I ordered probably the most expernsive breakfast on the menu…the HeMan (pictured) Eggs, Bacon(5strips surprised) 2 pancakes…10.00. Here is the point. Starbucks short flat white and a slice of pumpkin bread 8.99. This is a better deal. My breakfast hit the table in less tha 8 min i think, maybe 5…i was saying ..that was fast. If not more amazing, it was on a plastic plate….but the food was hot, unlike many places where the food gets cold. It stayed hot too. So i am a bit tickled to say i have a new spot to chill and relax in the morning…need to see what lunch is like..great little toss back in time…reminded me of the cafe my poppa use to take me to.

an old school coffee shop. Stripped down bacon and eggs for breakfast no vegan other than coffee and toast with Folgers coffee. The food is average the coffee’s OK. The food average. The ambience what you would expect. The service however was outstanding.

The coffee was good, but the manager told me he has a No Laptops policy. So I came for a breakfast business meeting, expecting to order a couple of omelets, but let me know he didn’t want my business. We had to take our dollars someplace else.
