I never made one of these reviews before but this situation is ridiculous. Food is below average at best, service is even worse. This was one of the only places open during the snowstorm Sunday 1-25-26. We ordered food worth 44$ for pickup. On the way there, someone rear ended and totaled my vehicle. (I could provide any prood they wanted). I had to wait for police and for my vehicle to get towed. I alerted them as soon as it happened around 7:45PM about the situation they said no problem just call back before 9:00PM and we’ll figure something out.Initially i wanted a refund but they gave push back so I said i’ll try to arrive before closing. So I called back around 8:45 to tell them I’ll be there around 9PM on the dot for closing. No answer and building was closed. So the next day in the morning i call at 12:30PM when they open to see how we can rectify the situation. I was cordial and polite, and willing to allow them to just remake the food and i’ll come pick it up. They said the manager called me last night before closing multiple times, but i received zero calls from anyone. So they said the waste was my fault and they won’t remake the food or refund me. I don’t recommend, they clearly only care about your money and not the customer itself.

Unfortunately, I had an extremely dissatisfying experience with Bellagios. I usually order from them but I will not be anymore. On June 22, I ordered a chicken cheesesteak, chicken tenders and fries and a chef salad. Upon eating half of the cheesesteak, there was a STAPLE found in my food. I have a two year old and I am thankful I was not sharing my food with him at the time. I then had to check his chicken tenders and fries to ensure he wouldn’t ingest a staple that shouldn’t have been there. When I contacted the establishment for a refund only for the cheesesteak because I thought that was reasonable given everything else seemed to be fine. Then, they attempted to offer me a 5% discount on my next order as if there wasn’t already a 5% discount online. When I informed them that this was not going to work and just refund me for the cheesesteak, it became a whole mess. It is now June 23 and The owner still has not contacted me. I then open my chef salad for lunch today, only to find a BUG. I reached out for a full refund at this point and still have not heard anything back. Do better!

Wanted a quick bite and wasn’t expecting this meal to be as big and as satisfying as it was. I ordered a shrimp quesadilla and fries, quesadilla was fresh, fries were tasty.

I removed a star because when I looked at my receipt after leaving, I saw that they charged 25 cent for a brown paper bag, never asked IF I wanted to pay the quarter and also I felt like I was overcharged for the bag, whatever happened to the 5 cent charge that we were made aware of. I called and questioned the price and the female who answered said that they could charge 5 cent and up and that was completely legal, I questioned it some more but didn’t have the research at my fingertips. Just check your receipt OR ask about their bag fees before paying, I felt like 25 cent was too high for a brown paper bag but maybe it’s just me…

Poor customer service. I placed an order for delivery . Cashier answered the phone then immediately place me on hold. Came back to the phone just to place me on hold 2 more times. She rushed to take my order which was 2 grilled chicken salad but forget to put chicken in one. They told me I had to pay for delivery charges again to bring the chicken back or come to the restaurant for a replacement. I explained that if I have to drive to the store … I would just like a refund. This is not my mistake. They refuse to give a refund even though the food was untouched. Don’t buy from places that won’t refund if there is a problem

Officially 4.5 for us. Our thing is eating a local pizza place whenever we stay out of state. We got a medium Grand Slam (deluxe). Took about 25 minutes as we waited in the shop. Pizza was delicious, just a bit on the salty side. I loved the crust and dough. Fresh quality ingredients are always appreciated. Very filling, but we’ll have a couple slices leftover for tomorrow. Kyle says 2 thumbs up and almost ate 3 whole slices. Dining room in need of some up to date benches or re-vinaling. I think if they spent a day deep cleaning floors, tables, walls, chairs, coolers, etc; it could really enhance the dine-in experience. Otherwise a great location for carry out and about 10 customers picked up orders during our wait time. Obviously a popular location and we’re glad we got to try it!

This has been our go to local pizza joint. I like they offer online ordering with slice. Usually order for pickup and food is always ready. Solid food and they are pleasant upon pickup. It’s no NJ/ny pizza, but it’s good.

Fried wings were delicious. Pizza was not good. Salad was just a ball of lettuce nothing special about it. Mozzarella sticks tasted cheap and like they have been frozen for years . Plus the workers aren’t friendly and the place is dirty

Wonderful, absolutely wonderful.
On travel I ordered from here for hotel delivery.
Pizza, Subs, Gyro, Onions Rings, etc.
Everything was great!
The driver even made a second trip to bring me plates, since the hotel had none.
You can be certain that when I come back next week, I will be ordering from here again!

I got the cheeseburger pizza and the Asian salad.

I would say the pizza is the worst I’ve had in northern Baltimore county up to this point.

The pizza is supposed to have ground beef and bacon. I think they skimped on the toppings because all I could taste was cheese, crust, and sauce. Either that or the toppings are so tasteless that I didn’t notice them. I think it was the former although since they tend to put the toppings under the cheese in these parts I couldn’t well tell. I did get a bit of stringy bacon though, so the little they are using does not seem to be nice. Maybe a bit of both? Cheap and tasteless ingredients as well as not much of them?

That wouldn’t be so bad if the base was good, but it wasn’t. The crust was marginal, the sauce was too sour.

The Asian salad was… warm. Interesting choice for a salad, but it doesn’t really work. It was also doused with some sort of oil. I think sesame oil, but who knows. It ended up looking and tasting oily and soggy. A far cry from the fresh and sharp-looking vegetables on the image.

Overall an unpleasant meal. It was a little cheaper than usual, but not by much. Maybe 10% less than the expensive places.
