first thing I will say is the manager is a sweetheart and owns up to the issue , what is really displeasing n disappointing is what was advertised on their page and what was actually given . Is this a cooking issue or a simple delivery taking a tad longer ofc they have much more orders but saying ” on the drive the wings soaked up the sauce ” ? Is odd does that mean there was not enough sauce in the beginning?
Again the manager was very nice and gave me the refund after I mentioned the issue.
False advertisement & choppy delivery drivers shouldn’t be happening sadly.

I have never dined in. I only ordered delivery and to go. They have limited street parking because they are on a busy road.

Their pizzas and chicken wings are very good. I have had a variety of their pizzas. My favorite is their chicken barbecue, which was surprisingly amazing. The dough, cheese, and toppings are all good quality. Everything taste very fresh. Their sauces are great.

Asked for large pastrami grinder with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. They handed me my bag all stapled up. When I got home, I had no mayo or tomatoes. I had to wait 20 minutes when I was the only one there for the whole duration. All while waiting, I can hear someone sneezing. I just threw sandwich away when I got home after seeing a bunch lettuce. 17 bucks down the drain. I’ll never go there again or send anyone.

It’s kind of hit or miss with Bella’s, but for the most part it’s good food. The staff is always friendly and so are the delivery drivers. I’ve never actually eaten there so I can’t offer any information regarding the Atmosphere of the restaurant, but I do know that there are only a couple of seats available if you wish to eat in.

I’m a regular customer there and have always been pleased with your Pizza and grinders. Etc today, I get a Pizza, then it’s half of it’s burnt and I don’t want to call, because I don’t want to go back out. And I don’t want to have somebody come again, but i’m just letting you know, not okay to overcook a pizza.

Very disappointing we order from this place too often to keep having issues it took an hr and a half to get, got hung up on when we called for an eta and once the food arrived the small cheese and half pepperoni for the kids was burnt and our party size chicken Alfredo has completely missing sections . I ordered at 640 i is now 840 and I am still waiting they were only willing to replace the small pizza that my kids are waiting to eat

Great place for cross contamination if that’s your thing, then a total lack of accountability and refusal to allow a customer of 15 years at least to speak to the owner about why a chicken grinder gave an allergic reaction to someone who is only allergic to shellfish. They admitted the chef was new, or as I’d like to say, careless, offered a 15% discount on the next order, and then basically told me to get lost because I kept calling, because ya know, they could’ve sent someone to the hospital. -3/10, don’t know where they went wrong. Phone lady is super nice though.
