It might have been delivery, but I wish it was Digorno. Save your money and go elsewhere. The BBQ chicken pizza was inedible. It was undercooked and litterally fell apart. Real disappointment. I’ve been a New Windsor Belisimo’s customer for years, but will not be returning to Taneytown.

Ordered dinner last night. Ordered a chicken cheesesteak flip, cheesesteak sub, crab balls and fresh cut old bay fries. Very disappointed for the money we spent. Crab balls were dry and over cooked, fries were soggy and had so much old bay on them your mouth would be on fire after eating a few. The flip had chunks of chicken not like a chicken cheesesteak that I ordered. The sub was supposed to include sweet peppers and mushrooms in the price but when you select your toppings there is an upcharge for them even tho the listing says it’s included.

Wings are small and greasy, the pizza is nowhere near the best, and the delivery guy is very rude and when given too much money tried to leave without even offering the change! 10/10 definitely do not recommend! Worst pizza place in town!

Decided to give this place a try and boy was I disappointed. Placed my order over the phone and was very clear I had a gluten allergy. When I pulled into the restaurant to get my food which was a chicken Caesar salad very hard to mess up it’s literally chicken cheese romaine lettuce and croutons. The salad had no cheese and the chicken had a strange taste so I called back and asked what it was and they told me it was an ingredient that contained gluten plus tasted terrible to me. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my food the waitress was out front smoking a cigarette she went into the restaurant and never washed her hands. After being on the baseball field for 8 hours and driving from Littlestown to Taneytown I did not feel like going back and getting my money back that night so I asked for them to hold it for me. I told the girl on the phone I have somebody here to eat the salad if that was okay and she responded Yes and I’ll just go get something else to eat which I was very unhappy about. I finally went on Monday morning to get my refund which was $15 and the owner was there and told me he can’t give me a refund without bringing back my salad I said are you kidding me when I was on the phone with your employee they said that was fine so I gave the salad to one of my son-in-laws. In all my life in all the customer service ive personally given and having my own restaurant I have never encountered such a ridiculous petty owner. Normally I wouldn’t post these type of things because I understand that you can’t please everybody but this guy really was the icing on the cake not to mention the food is terrible and it looks like a discount flea market inside. I hope that anyone considering ordering from this place reconsider and save your money they don’t deserve to have any business whatsoever.
Lastly the main reason I didn’t bring the salad back is because this restaurant was not close to me I drove to give them a try and I certainly wasn’t going to drive back at 9:00 at night after being in the hot sun all day at baseball tournaments. When you have a restaurant business you AND your emploees need to pay close attention to people with allergies. Thank God I didn’t have an anaphylactic reaction because it could have went very bad even though I just was sick all night from the couple bites that I ate nonetheless I was still sick and it wasn’t worth it. I don’t understand why I would have to rush the salad back for their mistake. Plus For the owner to sit and literally call me a liar and tell me I have to bring a 3-day-old salad back was absolutely ridiculous. You could clearly tell he doesn’t know how to run a successful business. He allows an ash tray practically right outside the front door that smells terrible, counter help that doesn’t wash their hands, no phone etiquette poor customer service and terrible food on top of it. In the end I left his $10 that he threw on the counter at me so all in all I paid for the salad and the the gas for the two trips to this crappy place. If I could give it zero stars I would

I usually don’t leave reviews but I thought I should this time. I ordered subs and a pizza online last Friday. My husband said his pizza was good. But my chicken bacon ranch sub was awful. They were the worst chicken strips I have ever eaten (mostly breading). The fries weren’t fit to eat. My granddaughters said her cheesesteak sub was good but she said she didn’t like the fries and did not eat them. I ordered provolone cheese for her sub but got American cheese. I also ordered provolone cheese for my chicken bacon ranch sub but there was no cheese in my sub and even paid an extra $2.00! I don’t think we will be ordering from Belisimo’s again.

Ordered the white pizza and they brought me a regular cheese pizza. The red sauce is gross. Mozzarella sticks were smashed and cold. Garlic bites were good, but tiny. Won’t be ordering again!

I’m not a Taney Town local, however Belisimo’s alone makes it worth the visit. I ordered a small cheese pizza and it was delicious, melts in your mouth, soft yet crispy, and perfect cheese quality! I’m not used to social interactions, however it was super easy to order and took almost no time at all. While I was there the workers made me feel at home, and occasionally checked up on me to see if I needed anything. The interior is very cozy and sheltering. I would love to come by again, this is the perfect spot for one to come in and have some 10/10 quality food and service!!
