I’ve ordered from this place a couple times and now im reviewing. Their customer service is great,although they work very quickly when ordering,it is due to how fast and productive they are being. Food has been amazing! I ordered a 10′ pizza tn and well it was delicious! Thank you so much for youre excellent service and devotion to service.

Delivered pizza. quick delivery. too bad the pizza sucked. it was like microwaved bar pizza. 22 dollars for a pie I could’ve got at the bowling alley. The guy who made it has a parm and mozz issue. The crust had no crunch and was softer than a pillow. do not waste your time. The amount of disappointment i have right now is immeasurable.

First time getting pizza from here. I didn’t know what to expect and I wasn’t disappointed. The sauce was tasty, cheese was a good texture, and the bottom of the pizza was thin, but not crispy. The dough overall was good, fluffy/airy, not too chewy. We’ll definitely add Bel Air to the rotation. I will note that if you want to order online, or even see a menu from their website, you have to sign up on some other page. Didn’t do that and just called expecting them to have pepperoni. Wasn’t let down

Have never had an issue with this place, ordered the tender platter. For chicken tender people, this place rocks. Top tier tenders and 5 of them of large size. Tonight disappointed real hard. I’m a big guy so you can see how 5 large tenders would appeal to me. Tonight they were literally nuggets. I added a small cut in half fry as well for scale next to the ranch. These things could not feed a 10 year old let alone a grown man. Also, I didn’t order the kids meal. I wanted to call and complain. Tell them come get their nuggets because I don’t want them. I’ve stared at these nuggets for 30 mins. But I’ve worked in delivery and feel bad they aren’t the idiots would dropped 5 nuggets in the fryer. Also I would be fine if they threw a couple extra in to compensate for the smaller ones. Just feel down right betrayed by what was one of my favorite spots. Will they see my business again? Probably. Maybe I’ll just order Chick-Fil-a next time.

Food is okay, we’ve not tried a whole lot on the menu but what we get is usually fine.
What I’m not okay with is apparently at some point earlier this year they started charging a credit card processing fee and you don’t see it until the final receipt after ordering. The processing fee you pay is a business is a business cost and shouldn’t be getting passed on to your consumer, we already pay our fees to the card company in the form of interest. The prices on the food also went up enough that it’s just not worth it.
This was also one of the only places that had free delivery and now there’s a charge for that as well. So unfortunately for us this is off our list of places to eat.

Worst salad I’ve ever had. Ordered Grilled Chicken salad which was supposed to be a garden salad with grilled chicken on top. What I got was a pile of wilted lettuce that looked like a chicken cheese steak had been dumped on top. No cucumbers or green peppers as menu described. If I wanted a chicken cheese steak I would have ordered one. Real waste of 20 bucks
