Tried Lebanese food for the first time at Beit Zaytoon and it truly felt like discovering a hidden gem. I ordered the lamb chops while my husband had the chicken shawarma, and both plates came with rice, vegetables, and a fresh salad with a homemade dressing that was incredibly tasty and unlike anything we’ve had before. The drinks were homemade too – we had the lemonade and iced tea – and the presentation of everything was beautiful, right down to the mint sprigs in the glasses that added such a nice touch.
We were served by the owner, Elias, who was warm, personable, and provided impeccable service the entire time. Even though we didn’t order dessert, he surprised us with baklava on the house – delicate flaky layers topped with honey and pistachios that were absolutely delicious.
If you’re looking for a relaxing place to enjoy great Lebanese food, Beit Zaytoon is definitely worth a visit. The atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming, and not cramped at all.

I have been eating here consistently since 2021 and drive all the way from Oceanside. This is a gem in the neighborhood with amazingly clean and delicious food. I highly recommend their menu. I have dined in, taken out and recommended to other. Highly recommend this place for their meats and rice and everything else.

We love Beit Zaytoun. Everytime we go the food is fresh and delicious and it’s such a kids friendly restaurant where we feel welcomed.
It’s the best Lebanese food I’ve had in Long Island

Best Arab restaurant on the Island. By far!!! Don’t have to drive to Astoria or Bayridge anymore. Authentic Lebanese. Chef/owner used to run a middle eastern restaurant by the UN in the city. Moved to Long Island few years ago. Family run.

A Lebanese restaurant that is BYOB. Food is decent and service on the slower side. Atmosphere is cantina style. There is a little something for all dietary restrictions and offer three courses. Deserts are not too sweet and flavors mild. Qahwah is good. Overall a good family restaurant serving halal meats and have BYOB.

This place is amazing! Best Lebanese food and the only place you can get raw kibbe on Long Island. We ordered about half of the menu and every single dish was just delicious. The owner’s a really nice guy too!
