This is located inside the Flint Farmers market. To make fresh pita bread and chips everyday in the hummus is delicious. The services are always good and quick and friendly. I have the lentil soup today and I was disappointed because I expected actual beans but it was all ground up like with no chunks it was just really smooth like baby food. It was tasty just the texture threw me. I also got the lamb and beef gyro. Way too much tzatziki and the meat was cold. I’ve been here before and it was good so I was pretty disappointed today. Generally it’s a good place to eat there’s lots of seating and lots of parking and there’s other things to look at and shop for while you’re there but the food was just so-so.

Beirut has consistently served the BEST beef shawarma I’ve ever had… EVER! The chicken shawarma is very, very, good, too. I normally prefer chicken over beef, but the beef shawarma wins out every time here. They can get very busy at times, so be aware and prepared for that. I like their small grocery offerings, namely the thyme seasoned & garlic seasoned pita chips and garlic toum sauce. Sooooo good. I pray that Beirut sticks around and continues to prosper for many, many years. The owner works hard and is friendly to talk to. Straight from Lebanon. This is not some Americanized version of Lebanese good. This is the real deal. Try it. You’ll LOVE it!

I’m a huge middle eastern/ Greek food lover, so this was my first stop in the farmers market. Everything was fresh, I got the chicken shawarma with rice the first time. Very filling and flavorful. Really enjoyed the garlic sauce with it. My next visit I got the grape leaves stuffed with lamb and rice. Everything gave me Detroit Lebanon restaurant vibes. Definitely a must try if you’re at the farmers market.

Way overpriced, quantities are super small. I should have known better it being in a market mall. There’s tons of beautiful Arabic food in Flint go anywhere else for much better value. That being said, the food is delicious if you don’t care what you pay or the quantity of food you get.

Even though this wasn’t the best chicken shawarma sandwich I’ve ever had, it was quick, convenient and the staff was kind and courteous. I would go again, but next time I’ll try something different.

Its becoming harder and harder to come by places to eat lunch at where you aren’t spending over $20. I can confidently say that Beirut has saved me in that regard numerous times.
Even with recent price increases, I can go enjoy a phenomenal wrap or meal plate for around $10, and they carry an amazing selection of canned / bottled drinks too! The staff is always very polite, and are always hard at work making delicious food. they even have a small grocery section where you can buy ingredients for your own cooking, or a snack to take home!
I personally love the chicken shwarma, and the Lamb, the grape leaves are also amazing too. The only downsides are a lack of seating, as the farmers market can get a bit busy, and I really wish I was able to substitute half my rice with hummus (you get one or the other, and both portions seem to be a bit too big)

The chicken was good yet dry,but the price was a bit much for what I got. It was $12.50 for a half box of dry yet seasoned chicken and very good textured rice. It was missing romaine lettuce.

I’ve been a customer here since they opened. I will not return ever again after my experience today. I ordered carry out, and they messed up my lunch order and I did not receive what I ordered. I immediately called and asked if I picked up the wrong order and to see if my food was still there. They acknowledged they rang up my order wrong and I did not receive what I ordered, but they refused to give me a refund. I tried to eat the food I received, even though it was not what I ordered. But the food was horrible and inedible. When I called back, they told me I was just “upset from the beginning” which was not true at all. They offered to give me a refund “the next time I came in.” I said I didn’t know when that would be, and again asked for a refund on my credit card. The guy on the phone became hostile, blamed the mistake on a “bunch of new people” he hired, said that “shit happens” and then hung up on me.

2 Stars for the food. Food was good but the customer service was sub par. Cashier too busy texting and scrolling on her phone. Had to wait for my food which was no problem. But no one said it will take a few minutes. Other people ordered after me but got their food before me. Maybe my food took a little longer to cook. it would have been nice to know that. There was no communication to me. They were too busy talking in the back and the cashier was too busy texting and talking to the cooks in the back. She literally slapped the sandwich in my hand!!! She was rude. Other customers noticed how she handed me my order. She didn’t say thank you, come again , have a nice day or sorry for the wait. It felt like I was bothering her. So I am not coming back. 2nd time I have come to this business and it seems the workers are distracted talking and doing other things. It feels like you’re bothering them with making an order. If I feel like I am a bothering an employee by placing an order I don’t come back! I hope you have better service!Good luck
