Beerline Cafe was the food highlight of our first trip to Milwaukee! Every single thing we tried (and we ordered probably 10 things lol) was amazing! I chose the Hollandaise crepe with tofu scramble, and I also tried the chorizo tacos. The tacos were really good with amazing salsa. The Hollandaise is legitimately the yummiest vegan entree I’ve EVER had at a restaurant. My boys got the cheesesteak crepe and the blueberry lemon crepe. I tried the blueberry and it was outstanding! My daughter ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes, mac and cheese, cheesy potatoes, and shortbread cookies. We also each tried one of their yummy coffee drinks or fresh juices which were all yummy. I tried it all and it’s just incredible food. Ultimately, it’s obvious these people can cook and season to perfection! Top that off with an awesome vibe, friendly, helpful staff, and a stunning location and you have a winner. Definitely don’t skip this one if you are vegetarian or vegan! Almost everything is vegan or veganizable, and it’s all vegetarian. Even my 2 non-veg kids loved it though.

Listen….when I tell you the “Hashbrown Benedict” is on point!!! I can’t even understand how they were able to make it this good. The Japanese cauliflower was excellent and though the cinnamon roll pancakes could’ve benefitted from some crispy edges, they were still very tasty! I enjoyed this meal and will be back for more.

It was my first time trying this place and I was blown away by the atmosphere, the amazing service, and of course the food! I tried their strawberry turmeric mimosa and their breakfast sandwich with a bunch of add ons (mushrooms, avocado, sautéed veggies, etc) as well as a kombucha. I left knowing I’ll be back and have already told a few friends about this gem of a place!

We went b4 dinner. Not crowded at all. Just a few patrons. I had the Chick Pea Chorizo tacos. It was huge and we shared the nachos among three of us. It consisted of Chickpea chorizo, avocado, vegan cheese, tomatos, a vegan white sauce (unknown but good) and it was huge. We will go back again. Highly recommend.

We’re in town and happened to stumble upon this cute, quaint cafe that had the most amazing food!! My husband and I think it was probably some of the best foods we have ever had. We tried a few things on the menu and nothing disappointed. Highly recommend!! If we get back to Milwaukee- we will be back.

Super chill urban eatery. This was my first trip to Milwaukee and needed a break from cheese and beer (not that there’s anything wrong with them!!). Great menu, vegan and omnivore friendly. Liked the place so much I’m here for the second time after exploring the Oak Leaf bike trail…the Cayenne Avocado Chocolate smoothie really hit the spot!!
