This place is a joke! I ordered a double cheeseburger and a sandwich and this is what I got. The cheeseburger was raw, and I didn’t notice it until after consuming two bites of it. Part of the bun was missing on the bottom of the sandwich and it was skimpy, dry and didn’t look anything like the picture. Very sloppy Work. I would hate to see what their kitchen looks like if this is what their food looks like. I had stomach cramps and severe diarrhea for two days following this. Never eating here again.

I have a good experience here. The food was hot and fresh. The employees were friendly.
They did make a mistake on the type of fries that they gave me. But yeah, I quickly apologized and gave me the correct type.

I visited this location to grab some food and ended up waiting over 20 minutes. A Caucasian employee named James, as indicated on his shirt, informed me in the lobby that he could cancel my order to avoid further waiting or I could simply wait for my food. His attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful, and there was no line in the lobby at all! If I could rate this place a zero, I would. It clearly needs new staff and better management. My experience was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. We shouldn’t support a business with such a mentality!

Took advantage of your “big box” deals for myself and my mom. The sandwich was well prepared, the sides were pretty good and I was happy with the price to feed us.

Arby’s use to be one of my favorite places to grab a quick lunch. Went today after not having been in quite some time. My daughter got the French dip, what previously came in a box was wrapped in paper and was flat, looked like someone stepped on it.
I got the original roast beef. Very little meat and my bun was also smashed.
Food was less than marginal and best and extremely expensive.
Would not recommend and will not be visiting again. Very disappointing.

I would mark my food as a 0 reason for that is that I ordered 3 French dip sandwich. And what I got was it on slider buns and the Auju sauce was horrible quality, actually causing my family to get sick from tasting the sauce. The slider buns were rock solid and definitely not coming or ordering from this Arby’s ever again. Horrible quality! My family and I thought it was a joke but no it’s not!

Food was awful. Ordered the Steak Nuggets( dry, burnt tasting and not proportional in size) also ordered 4 of the potato cakes, tasted like dirty grease, also smelled very greasy. Ordered the white cheddar Mac and chesse…so salty I couldn’t eat it. Finally ordered Jamocha shake, that was just ok. Sad to see the quality so bad.

I tried to order the 2 for $6.99 beef and cheddar but was told that they no longer had the special. I explained that it clearly shows it on the menu. The woman at the drive thru proceeded to argue with me, then said that there’s no corporate number to call and no store manager at this location. Now I understand why Arby’s is always dead and hopefully this location will close down. Terrible customer service, don’t waste your time or money. There’s numerous other food locations in the area!

Arby’s has a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookie that’s thick and sweet. This store has the best employees with awesome customer service. If you want to knock out that sweet tooth or simply buy for a lunch pale, come on by. They would love to see you.
