Beer Mule is a regular lunch spot for us. The menu is solid and the drink selection is unreal.
What surprised me is how good it is at night too. I came in a few weeks ago in the evening and it was the perfect place to kick back and have a beer or two. Easy vibe, good energy, no nonsense.
Great food, great drinks, and now officially a day-to-night favorite.

2/24/24 Update:
Came back but choice of dish was not as great. Got the shrimp ceviche, which as an OK dish, but really really not ceviche. More like chopped cocktail shrimp in something between cocktail sauce and salsa. Taking down from 5 to 4 starts for that.
Otherwise beer and setting all still good. Fun place for a drink.
Great selection of beers, good food. Ordered the vegetarian meatloaf with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Good flavors. Nice outdoor seating. Service a bit slow considering it was not very busy, but maybe it’s new Year’s day slowness .
I’d definitely be back!

Great place for a beer and food. Massive tap selection as well as canned beers. The food is good, the pretzel and fried chicken strips are consistent and good.

Great place for the beer lover, lots of different styles of beer from lager through to Ale’s/IPA’s, Sours and even a Kombucha. Something for everyone, really impressive range. Plenty of seating and the food was good (salads were fantastic). The beetroot and apple salad was one of the best I have ever been served! Beer Mule shares space with other food outlets so you can order great beer and enjoy other food outlets. Strongly recommended.

The wife and I were in Watsonville, hungry, so the wife yelped this place. It had 5 stars so we decided to give it a try. Place was located across the street from an airfield, and there were also other places eat there as well. You could sit inside or outside. For food I ordered 2 short ribs tacos and the wife ordered chicken strips w/homemade sauces. They also had an extensive beer menu, so I tried a beer out of San Jose and the wife tried a hard cranberry cider. The food was good, no complaints, but nothing outstanding. Beer and cider was good as well,so we also purchased a 4pk of beer and a 6pk of the hard cider. The guy behind the counter was also very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the beer and cider. Would go back and would recommend.

Great tap and can collection of beer for everyone to enjoy. They have great outdoor seating with giant umbrellas to keep you out of the elements and they have plenty of heaters to keep you warm in the winter. It’s a great place to pop in for a pint and a snack, quite pricey, but that’s California these days.

They opened recently and are still finishing up their kitchen. But don’t get discouraged by that since they are already offering some delicious hot paninis served with salad. Besides the paninis they have some rotating food trucks that spot by on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Check their website to keep track of food truck schedule.
These guys have a lot of beers for you to choose from. And they certainly know their craft. Needed a hand choosing a “not too strong dark beer” and they promptly gave me options realizing I’m far from being an expert.
The guys behind Beer Mule are the same from Beer Thirty, so you will quickly recognize the stylish look. Service was really good too. Really friendly staff.
And they are kid friendly and pet friendly too. So it is a place for the whole family!

Our go-to for meeting anyone for drinks and food. The beer selection is awesome. They have a ton of outdoor seating, with and without shade. Ping pong tables. You can also order from other restaurants and eat in the outdoor area. We always grab a crape before we leave. Great location, kid friendly, and you can see lots of airplanes and helicopters.

Normally have a pretty decent experience here. Ordered a salad, I asked for ranch. Salad came out with a vinegar dressing. I took it back and explained that I had requested ranch. The salad came back out 2 minutes later drenched in ranch with the vinegar dressing under the ranch. I took it back and told them I didn’t want it. Thankfully, the someone came out a bit later and gave me a refund. Mistakes happen I get that but someone in the back of the house needs to be replaced.
