Everything looked good til I took a bite of the burger that tasted like fish !
Nope ! Gross.
Burger was dry also.
Was not happy with my first time experience here.
Everything I’ve had here is amazing. This is the place to go.
The bartender was extremely friendly and attentive.
I had a steak sandwich which was pretty decent for what it was, and the tots were perfect. I would come back again.
$16 for ten Buffalo dry rub & beef’s signature Buffalo
$7.49 Buffalo ranch fries
Wings • (sig Buffalo & Buffalo dry rub are NOT gluten free)
No stars. Sig. Buffalo was way too sauced for me & the dry rub just tasted bland.
Buffalo ranch fries • (NOT gluten free) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ not bad, got them fresh, flavorful, crispy til you get to the bottom of course, little pricey though
Service • Madison gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for trying to answer questions about the GF options.
New menu at the establishment doesn’t reflect the online menu.
We visited with the intent that he (who has celiac disease) could have all the wings available.
When asked to clarify what is & what isn’t GF (because again, the online menu reflects ALL wings are GF whereas the new hard copy in house menu shows certain flavors as being GF), Madison did her best to ask the boh & told us prior to asking they honestly wouldn’t know & nor does she-she was right, the boh essentially dismissed her & doesn’t have answers.
& yes, we see the little wheat icon in the menu, we just wanted further clarification due to the discrepancies in that menu & the online menu. You cannot rely on a little icon to tell your diners what is safe-your staff needs to know what’s going on in the kitchen too. Take some ownership Beef O’ Brady owners.
Overall Service • I am disappointed that servers nowadays don’t care & don’t take the time to learn the menu. It is the establishment’s job (leadership) to educate. Back in my days of serving, we sampled the menu & learned how to balance trays etc, we had classes. Nowadays, everything you need to know is in the palm of your hand on a portable pos device distributed by Toast.
e.g. the server selects a burger, & the device guides you on what kind of toppings you want, then what sides you want & what drink you want-you don’t even have to know the menu. It’s disappointing the boh at Beef o’ Brady’s doesn’t even know what they’re putting together. On top of that, when I asked for extra crispy all flats, Madison said the boh would get upset w/ her for asking for all flats. My wings were soggy.
Like most places of employment right now, there is a high turnover with people in the service industry, so my guess is: why waste the time to properly train a good team when they’ll be out in a short while anyway?
Celiac disease & other food allergies are not something to be trifled with.
My partner lives out here in the middle of nowhere St. Francis & it’d be nice to have more dining options for those with celiac who reside here.
No stars for the overall service.
I would be back, maybe take to go.
