Waitresses act like snobs and give ya dirty looks! I placed an to go order and the fried pickles burnt their way through my container! Manger did replace them! Food tastes off! When i look up to just look up they are staring hard at rude at me! I love beefs!!! My Favorite restaurant is beefs!!! Not this location!!! Go to the north side! Very Delicious and very friendly and great atmosphere! Absolutely will go to the north side all the time and only recommend there at the North side Beefs! Thanks

When we walked in the first table was covered in dirty plates. It remained that way throughout our entire dinner. The waitress was never around and missed parts of our order. The hostess was goofing off with her boyfriend at another table. Multiple party’s walked in and turned around. Our wings and fries were overcooked and too crispy. The bottom of the burger was cold. One of our serving baskets had leftover food under the paper cover. We come to this beefs pretty frequently and were very disappointed.

Bad service from a guy server & a very Rude manager Kaylie was not friendly. It took 15 mins to get a drink. The mozzarella sticks came out rubbery & the manager says that’s just they way they are instead of remaking them. We ordered fries and wings. Our fries came out 15 mins before the wings so they were cold when we got our wings. We had to send the wings back due to them being burnt. So then our fries were cold before we got our wings. The waiter guy was not attentive & took forever for him to come back & serve us. The manager refused to accommodate any of our problems & just had a BAD attitude the whole time. When we finally got a new waitress she was attentive and much more respectful & helpful. We come here all the time & never have been treated this way. It would have been a better experience if our food was correct, & we didn’t have to deal with rude attitudes & our food not good. Kaylie the manager doesn’t seem like she knows what she’s doing or what it takes to run a restaurant.

Our server Savannah was horrible we didn’t get a refill til the end of our meal in our drinks and to top it off we got got tea with no ice. Our food was great but she avoided her tables like she rather be anywhere but here. She forgot our fries and when we did get them after saying something we were almost done eating. Then we walked forever for our check to be able to just leave. And to top it off they were dead inside so she had no reason to be these way.

I’ve been following Beef O Brady’s on Instagram and I kept telling my husband we had to go there. Well, we finally did and let me tell you NO REGRETS. The onion rings were so amazingly crunchy. My Margarita flight was ON POINT. The wings were sooooooo good. I sat and observed. Could tell they have a lot of regulars. Always a good sign. Not to mention that it reminded us of a spot back home. A nostalgia moment. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Yashi for making our first visit one to remember.

We Got here around 7:45, got here, and realized there was a trivia night going on from 7-9 because it was a Wednesday. The place was packed, but we went in anyways and got seated as we listened to all the trivia questions being asked aloud. We ordered and got our food within 10 minutes (very fast to us because of how crowded it was). Would definitely recommend, service was awesome and so was the food.

Server and food was good. I patiently updated app and told server I was ready to “check in”. She told me we do that at the end. I mentioned servers need more training. Management ” Christy” blamed Mobile app and me for not updating. She stated it was not her problem, yet mine. Never been treated so rudely here.
