I have had two wonderful experiences with this bakery. The first was our wedding cake , the design was adorable . I usually expect that when you get a beautiful dessert that you have to sacrifice taste, but with Beef Cakes that is NOT the case. Our wedding cake was chocolatey and dense with real raspberry filling, every single cupcake was eaten by our wedding guests. We recently celebrated our daughter’s first birthday and I knew that I was going to have them design a cake. I had a pretty crazy design idea and I couldn’t find anything online that really matched my vision, Alyssa was able to listen to my ideas and totally make it come to life. Everyone couldn’t get over how cute the cake and cupcakes were . Thank you Beef Cakes for always making our special days that much more special !

WOW! This was definitely the right choice to get my daughter her first birthday cake/ and smash cake the owner was so nice and expressed her love for decorating the cakes and she exceeded my expectations! The cakes were so beautiful and also DELICIOUS! Not to mention vegan on top of that!!! I looked everywhere for someone near me who did vegan decorated cakes and I ended up take the hour trip to get it here and I will definitely be back for future birthdays thank you so much for doing such a great job look how cute

Alyssa always makes such beautiful cakes and royal iced sugar cookies! She has made cookies for my daughter’s first birthday, and now cookies and a cake for our gender reveal! We are so happy with the way our wedding cake turned out with Beef Cakes Bakery. Alyssa did a phenomenal job! All of our guests loved her carrot cake especially! So delicious! They also loved the chocolate chip cookies she made and were begging to take home the leftovers! She also was able to deliver to our venue on the coast which took all the stress of transportation off of us. We will definitely be ordering more goodies in the future!

Beefcakes was amazing! Alyssa was so great to work with, and made the process so easy. The cake was absolutely beautiful and it was delicious! All our guests loved it; the flavor was rich and sweet. On top of that Alyssa delivered the cake to our venue so we wouldn’t have to worry about transporting it- she drove HOURS to the coast despite a road closure to make our day perfect. Would recommend Beefcakes to anyone and everyone and if we’re ever down in OR again we will be definitely stop to get more cake.

The MOST beautiful wedding cake I’ve ever seen. Beef Cakes (Allison) knocked it out of the park with this one. She was so easy to work with and brought our vision to life. She was able to make a small change (instead of two tiers we just kept them as 2 separate cakes – this is the bottom tier) a couple days leading up to our wedding and made the cake of our dreams. We went with the vanilla cake, ganache filling and buttercream on the outside and it was delicious. It wasn’t overly sugary and was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend considering Beef Cakes if you’re looking for a cake, cupcakes etc. 🙂

Beef cakes made us a vegan cake it was so delicious and moist. all of our guests loved it. The owner told us she used fresh berries from the local farmers market, and you could taste the freshness.
The decorations were so beautiful better than I could even picture in my head. I showed her a few different elements I wanted to include and she put everything together so nicely
We also ordered some vegan gluten-free cupcakes and muffins. The cupcakes were so good I couldn’t believe it was gluten free. The frosting on both the cake and cupcakes was so light and smooth. The muffins we received were carrot and omg they were so tasty it was perfect for the morning after the wedding.
