It’s a panini style sandwich with an egg probably cooked last week, frozen and thawed this morning with cheese and a teasing of bacon. All and all, it’s flavorful with pleasing crusty bread. For airport food, this place is a winner.

The turkey on this $15 sandwich did not even cover the bread. It was barely one layer of paper thin meat where there even was any. I literally paid $15 for toast. Absolutely unacceptable. Only visit this place if you want expensive toast and enjoy starving on your cross country flight. Go to the pizza place next door. Much better

Food was great! Sam the visiting manager invited me to try the flagship and “world’s best Mac n cheese” which was out promptly.

Sandwich was delicious and toasted to perfection, where the Mac n cheese was very saucy!

Definitely recommend!

It’s Christmas Day and food was hot, fresh, and delicious.
You order on a Kiosk.
They have sandwiches, dessert, and salads ready to grab and go.
Or order Hot and fresh made. The smoke turkey was hot pressed and worth the wait.
There is a large courtyard in the center for all shopping and eating.
Price wise same as all restaurants in the airport.

I enjoyed a delicious and reasonably priced sandwich here. Compared to all the other places where everything seems to be a minimum of $18 the sandwich was only $12. It was very good. With no one in front of me, it did feel like the sandwich took a while but good thing I wasn’t in a hurry!

Forces you to order on a screen. No interaction possible. Workers refused to acknowledge us at the register. Therefore no cash payment possible. Espresso is absolutely disgusting. Tastes like cigarette ash. Quinoa bowl completely missing any egg. For sure the worst spot I’ve ever been to.

I ordered the mac and cheese and cauliflower soup. I tried to pay with a meal voucher, but it didn’t work. The manager went out of their way to help me and tried several times on my behalf. Although I eventually had to pay with cash, I really appreciated their kindness and effort.

The food came out quickly, was warm, and tasted great. Most of all, the staff’s friendliness left a strong impression on me. I highly recommend this place if you’re at the airport!

Waited a long time for a grilled cheese, but it’s in a busy airport, so not the fault of the restaurant.
The grilled cheese has an unpleasant tangy, almost mayo taste. Maybe I’m a purist, but when I get a grilled cheese, I just want cheese and bread, no spreads or sauces, new nice of it was in the description so I could have ordered it without the spread. Won’t get again, but I tasted some of the cheese that squeezed out and it had a nice flavor.

Food/Drink quality for price: the sandwich was more worth the money… Get a burger or pizza elsewhere. I got a sandwich and coffee but neither were great. It’s nothing like the typical stores outside an airport.

Ordering: Use kiosks to order and pay or pay at counter

Atmosphere: It’s in the large food court so it’s very bright, but comfy seats are just a 5 – 10 min walk away

Noise level: loud area from all the chatting and nearby music

Lighting: super bright LEDs, very little natural light

Staff: fine, order was pretty fast

Cleanliness: fine

Outlets: nearby at high tops

Typical music heard: house music from nearby restaurant

Pedestrian accessibility: fine ADA-wise, but this location creates a bottleneck between the line and the seating

I just ate what can generously be called a $2 sandwich that I paid $12.10 for, not including tax.
I understand that this is an airport, effectively eliminating any need for competitive pricing, but I think there’s some baseline level of decency that should be applied when pricing things, even when your consumer base is largely captive.
None of my issues should reflect on the performance of the staff. They’re operating within the bounds set by the company they work for.
