Delicious food and great beer selection. Sat out on the covered outdoor patio and it was perfect! We came during live music and it was a really chill vibe.

Added plus the team here is super nice! The owner even came over to introduce himself which was really cool.

Side note, there’s also a good amount of parking which is great for SLO.

Best schnitzel I’ve had since I was a child. If you’re in need of great German comfort food this is the place to go. The owner trains his chefs to recreate his family’s recipes and they do an amazing job! We drove over six hours for lunch and we’re planning on going back again!

Amazing place, especially for Germans. The owner took some time to talk to us, where we’re from, how he came to the US and other stuff. This restaurant had its 9th anniversary today and will hopefully last long. The different served beers are awesome and worth to try for everybody, as well the food is.

Next time we’ll be around in this area, we’ll definitely will come around again.
(Not just for a 3$ beer , sponsored by OPA )

I hate to leave a so so review about Beda’s Biergarden but last weekend I ordered a sausage sampler, half a liter beer, 1 bowl of soup and 1 black forest cake, that totalled $80.00 and it wasn’t filling at all as the sampler plate ($31) was small, the potatoes was so tiny, the bowl of soup was small too ($12) and the black forest cake was so disappointing for $11 dollars, I just feel so ripped off. I like German beer but their food is so so expensive and the seating wasn’t great after spending all that money and to think $80 was for one person not 2 people for example. This is why I really miss Spikes Place downtown, they had good food, lots of German beer, better location and better prices.

Great selection of German beers. Picture of an Andechs Helles. The menu is good; they have a wide variety of German fare. Stammtisch the third Wednesday of each month. They do special events around German Fußball events (e.g., UEFA and FIFA tournaments – even morning matches, Oktoberfest…). Enjoy!

Kind service, the food arrived pretty fast and was very good. The schintzel was made very well, but needed some more salt/ seasoning (I did take the one without gravy tho).
The place itself was lovely and the beers were great. We had a lovely time.

Real German food with an excellent selection of food including sauerkraut and rotkohl . Make reservations or come early to get a seat! Service is wonderful but can be slow when busy so bring patience and drink more beers. Flight beer is nice idea. Sit inside or outside and they have heaters for the cooler nights but bring some extra layers. Can accommodate large groups with reservations. Food and beer are great!

Loved everything (!) about our first of what will be many visits. Delicious authentic German food that made us (two Germans) very happy. A true reminder of our Oma’s kitchens from back in the day. Excellent beer selection. Beautiful patio. Very dog friendly. Easy parking. If you like real German food and appreciate a down-home family feel, you won’t be disappointed. Really friendly service. Our server, Jordan, even brought a water bowl for our dog – and asked his name & introduced himself to our pup. We had high hopes for Beda’s – and were very satisfied!

Great place for German dishes & imported beer! There is inside seating as well as a covered patio area. Being a pro on German food, this was pretty close to how you’d get it in Germany. Service was great.

We stopped by for lunch. Food was excellent! Homemade, hot, and delicious. Loved the German beers. Also, for those with dogs — they have a great outdoor space (enclosed with heaters if it’s chilly) and brought water out for the dog. Service was A+. If we’re ever back in SLO, we’d prioritize coming here.
