The hubs and I were craving some real Mexican breakfast. On a whim we stopped at Becky’s on our way to College Station. Friendly staff and quick turnaround time. I ordered the chorizo and egg plate and my husband ordered the barbacoa plate. They were both fantastic! Everything had authentic flavor from the coffee and salsas to the refried beans, potatoes and meat. Not to mention HOMEMADE TORTILLAS for the win. Also very reasonably priced for the quality of food and portions. We will definitely be back.

Best food in Hearne. Tamales are home made and delicious. Great salsa and tortillas. They deliver to the Baymont hotel if you call them early enough. Lost a star for charging me $3 convenience fee for paying with my card over the phone, they don’t do that in store.

Hearne has a lot of choices for Mexican Food, but this is my favorite!
Pretty authentic selections on the Menu, and better Value for your Money then the other places in town.
I thought this place was just Breakfast Tacos for a long time so had not tried, but you can come sit down and Order a pretty good selection of stuff for Lunch also, and they even have a drive thru!
But, yeah the Tacos are where it’s at though, very inexpensive for such a Big Taco and a thick homemade Tortilla not the thin looking probably from the Store you get at other places. (Or Franchise Hard Shells, yuck)
They have Coke and fountain drinks, which I like since other places in Hearne have Pepsi or give you a Can a Glass of ice.
Trust me you try this place you will be coming back and it will be your new favorite here in town too!

I so want to give a 5 star due to the amazing service. However the nachos I ordered lacked in flavor. They were satisfactory to be sure, but not delicious. I think maybe instead of burger they did carne asada it would have been better. The service though was top notch, although I could have done with out two TVs both on Fox News.

Ok so this is DEFINITELY a hidden gem. The salsa they bring you to start is a bit on the spicy side. Personally loved it. For me not to hot and not too much Maters. I ordered the Carne Asada and it was very tasty. You can even have a beer with your lunch if you like that too.
