Just want to share my experience I wanted a champagne cake with pink frosting and it was for my birthday. My husband picked up the cake while I was at work, and when i got home from work I saw the cake wasn’t pink and when I cut the cake I didn’t taste the champagne flavor… so the bakery is closed on Sunday and Monday . I called on Tuesday to share my experience about what I didn’t get . The cake was ok but it wasn’t what I wanted . Don’t know who I spoken to but all they said to my response of my disappointment was well maybe you should have mentioned you wanted the exact same cake that was on display. Well I did when I placed my order I specifically stated that because I brought the champ cake on display for my daughter a few months back and it wasn’t the same taste or color which was pink ! Mines was white and no champagne flavor . I’m so disappointed because I enjoyed the display cake that’s why I order one for my birthday. All they said was “ oh we have your email and number. No one called me or emailed me and I paid 38 bucks up front for the cake . And I polite and emotional about it and that meant nothing to them. I didnt ask for money or refund all I wanted was someone to say “ well I’m sorry what can we do to make it right or better . I wouldn’t mind a coupon or some off the next cake order . I have 3 more bdays this month and I was going to order from becks but after this experience I rather take my business elsewhere. Now I see why the policy says no refunds or exchanges .. oh well thanks for the experience.

My significant other and I walked inside. I browsed around to see what was offered. I wanted to find the perfect item. I went to the counter to order.
I ordered a Vanilla Cupcake. It was Vanilla Cake Buttercream Iced for $3.29.
The bag was close to me on the way home and the temptation got me. I pulled it out and took a bite. It was tasty. Before I knew it, it was gone. It went down fast.
The service was rude and sloppy. It was a bummer.
Overall, it was a decent place to try. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go again.

My partner ordered me a birthday cake from Crowns and it was so good! The cake was so pretty and tasted amazing.
It was a dark chocolate cake with strawberry filling. Decorated in butter cream. In was moist but dense and rich, the buttercream wasn’t overpowering and didn’t leave a film in my mouth like others have on the past.
I am so happy with this cake.

We’ve been getting our Paczki from Becks Crown Bakery for almost 20 years every Fat Tuesday. This year was such a disappointment compared to years past. Not as fresh, not as full and more expensive

I am so thrilled with how our daughter’s cake turned out! We only needed something small for her birthday, but you can tell they put a lot of love into making it anyway. The colors on the cake match her party theme colors PERFECTLY, and the design is more than I hoped for. The ordering process was very simple, and they even took me on short notice (1 week). I haven’t tasted it yet, but I would have to bet that it’s going to taste as good as it looks!

Had daughters 16th birthday cake made here. This year’s theme was sage,white and gold. Beck’s made a beautiful marbled sage and white cake. Highly recommend. Note we added the gold roses on top my daughter found and painted. Thank you so much to the ladies who took our order to the wonderful bakers and decorators. Her milestone birthday was a hit thanks to y’all.
P.S. Wanted to let everyone know, this is not fondant they used, it is icing that they marbled. Again fantastic work. Will be calling on this business again for my party needs. ❤️
