I had the 1/2 boiled shrimp and the etoufee. I can promise you this is the best etoufee you will ever get anywhere. Here in business for a week and have already ate here twice. The employees are kind and carefree. It’s a great atmosphere and everyone is involved in your experience. Highly highly recommend. Coming from West Texas I was so excited to be near sea food and this did not disappoint at all.

Excellent food & service! The half poboys & cajun cups were a perfect meal! We had the alligator andouille & the boudin poboys on french bread – hard to pick a favorite! The house sauce with the gator had amazing flavor! The red beans were seasoned perfectly, and we ordered the bread pudding to go – it was the best I’ve had! And the Community tea is always a good choice! We’ll definitely be back!

I was very impressed with the food here. I had the alligator andouille po-boy with a side of the shrimp etouffee. Po-boy was very fresh with perfect bread. One of the best po boys I have had. Now the Shrimp etouffee, this was amazing. It was delicious and hearty so I ordered one to go to have later. Can’t wait to be back in Shreveport to come back to this.

On the road back to Dallas, I randomly got a craving for Cajun food. Hopped on TikTok, found this spot, and it just happened to be six minutes away. What was supposed to be a quick to-go order turned into me eating everything at the bar and ordering more to take with me. Everything was packed with flavor. The boudin po’ boy was fire, and the crawfish pepper jack mac and cheese was insane. The red beans and the gumbeaux were just as good. If I lived here, I would be here every week.

The craft beer selection is absolutely insane – 50+ taps with everything from local Louisiana gems to rare finds you won’t see anywhere else around here. The bartenders are straight-up beer wizards; they know every brew inside and out and will guide you to the perfect pour based on what you’re craving. If cocktails are more your speed, their house creations (especially anything with that Louisiana twist) are creative, balanced, and dangerously drinkable.

I really enjoyed myself here. The staff were the best and had great customer service. Our waitress was helpful. It was a nice atmosphere and vibe. I had the shrimp po boy and the shrimp etouffee. The po boy was not what I expected more bread than anything with super small shrimp and the shrimp were cold also. The shrimp etouffee was perfect. No complaints.

Been in town for work a few times and this is my by-far favorite place to go. Drinks are the BEST. I’ve tried several. These are not teensy little cocktails that are 90% ice, they serve real-sized drinks with plenty of booze and not sugary pre-mixed crap.
Food is also the best. Think of all your favorite Cajun food… they throw all that in some mac and cheese. Boudin. Andouilles Sausage. Shrimp. Crawfish. Po’boys galore.

We were seeking to try new foods in the area and stumbled upon BeauxJax. The reviews were great online so we decided to give it a try. The food came out in a timely fashion and was pretty good. As far as appetizers, I do recommended the nachos over the deviled eggs, as we tried both. The manager was so nice and came by to speak with every table to ensure we all were taken care of with no issues and our waitress did a great job. The food was out within a timely manner and there was no wait, which is always a plus!
