The staff was super friendly & the food was absolutely DELICIOUS & healthy! 10/10 I would recommend, especially if you’re vegetarian looking for a yummy plant based meal. The cafe operates in the back of the Gadsden Public Library. Everything is fresh and the vegetables they raise. The menu is a combination of comfort food and unique recipes all created by the owner.
The cafe is a vocational training site for the Gadsden city school system to help train young adults with significant cognitive abilities to succeed in the workforce.
My experience today was just like the name says… beautiful.

How did I not know this café existed for the 18 months I lived in Gadsden? It’s a hidden gem! Had one of the best salads – it was so much that I couldn’t finish it. I also had a Watermelon Mint Slushie, I wish I would have ordered one to go! Everything was fresh and delicious. Great customer service and friendly as soon as you walk in the door. I was also asked if everything was good. Best customer service!

Such a wonderful place! The staff were very friendly. We ordered Parmesan eggplant and watermelon salad. And I also got a sweet potato with sour cream, guacamole, black beans, cheese, and pico. It doesn’t sound too great but was delicious. We’ll definitely be back to try something else.

I love it! The menu items I chose were the vegan crab cakes, carrot cake, and orange blossom lemonade. Every single item was delicious and beautiful executed. The vegan crab cakes were seasoned perfectly, golden brown, and had just the right amount of crunch. The carrot cake was moist and delicious. Last but not least, the orange blossom lemonade was sweet with a slight floral after note. I can’t wait to go back next week. Great job guys!

I love that this café, located in the downtown branch of the Gadsden Public Library, is providing real life culinary training to teens with developmental challenges to enable them to obtain gainful employment after graduation. As a long-time vegan living in Alabama, I know great vegan food and the vegan crab cakes hit the spot! My omnivore dining partner loved the pimento cheese sandwich and the coconut curry soup!! Everyone that works there is so lovely and we can’t wait to go back!

This farm to table restaurant not only has amazing food but is a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant and garden inside the public library is a cooperative education placement for Gadsden City School students who have significant disabilities.
