New to Castle Rock, I was pleased to discover this low-key, but delicious Thai spot.
The Chicken Satay, Tom Kha soup and Panang Chicken Curry were delicious. I like heat and ordering “Thai hot” was spot-on. Service can be inconsistent, but overall, staff are friendly and helpful.
It’s a popular place so best to arrive on the early side (5pm in our case) to score a booth.
An addendum to my earlier review, the quality of the food falls dramatically with take-out, which I don’t recommend.

Do NOT order a pot of soup. You are better off ordering 2 cups. For 1 cup of tom kha with chicken it is $7 for a pot it is $14 so you would assume it’s double the amount. When I came out it was in a shorter sized container than what I assumed would be a pot and I questioned. The girl started the cup was small so did I want a cup as well. I said yes. She charged me for a cup. I waited and came home. I compared the sizes as you can see in the picture. You get exactly 4 oz more for a pot of soup. Kind of a rip off. We love beau thai and have went many times which is why it’s a 3 but this is pretty ridiculous.

Pad See Ew hit the spot. I like the good amount of veggies. Pad That was solid. Clean place and nice people. I’ve eaten in, taken out, and ordered delivery. All good experiences.

I’m honestly quite disappointed with my recent to-go order. I had specifically mentioned that I previously ordered the same dish on May 21, 2025, and was very unhappy with how little protein and quantity I received. I made it a point to ask for a better portion this time, hoping things would be improved.
Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. The portion I received today was even smaller than last time. I could literally see the bottom of the container — that’s how little food there was. For the price I paid, this is pretty frustrating and not what I expect, especially after raising the concern in advance.
I really do enjoy the food here, but consistency and listening to customer feedback matter a lot. I hope this can be taken seriously moving forward, because experiences like this make it hard to feel confident about ordering again.

They served me RANCID milk on my sticky rice. Cheesy, disgusting, food poisoning in the making …. didn’t notice till I’d left the restaurant. They also didn’t put the top on the hot soup I ordered so half of it spilled out before I got to my car.

It has been awhile since I have been to Beau Thai II. The restaurant is inviting, the menu has great Thai options.
I ordered several appetizers, including Chicken Satay, Egg Rolls & Golden Fried Shrimp. The girls ordered Pork Pad Thai and Shrimp Thai Soup.
The service is friendly, prompt and helpful. Our food came out quickly, hot and looked great. The meal was very good, nice spice level and flavorful.
If you are looking for a casual meal, I would recommend checking out Beau Thai II.

My food was fresh and very good! My tofu pad Thai was delicious. I liked my spring rolls. The mango sticky rice was also good. The one thing I would have changed would have been where I sat. People kept parking their cars in front of the restaurant and leaving their bright-as-hell LED lights on. So I was blinded every.single.time. when this happened. Otherwise it was great!

Stopped by here around 3:30 for lunch after hiking in Castlewood Canyon State Park.
Their menu is vegetarian friendly. I ordered the vermicelli noodles with medium+ spice level. It was delicious! I couldn’t stop eating! Their Thai iced tea was yummy too!! My friend ordered one of the curries with mild spice and though he liked the dish, he found it a little spicy. So, choose your spice-levels wisely!!
The restaurant is in a strip mall kinda place and there is plenty of parking spots! The staff were nice and attentive!

Usually I post pictures with reviews – I can never take any fast enough before everyone digs in! This is our favorite local Thai spot. The food is wonderful, the service is great, and they’re very accommodating of dietary restrictions! A ton of things on the menu can be veganized, just ask 🙂 my favorites are the veggie spring rolls, vegan pad see ew & vegan yellow curry with tofu! We try not to eat out a ton but somehow I swear we eat here once a week.
