Drive thru was low traffic for a Saturday morning. The friend at the register was extremely helpful and had some more interesting talking points than usual drive thru experiences. It was actually a much nicer surprise than we expected. I wish I had caught the employee’s name!
Husband and I ordered a couple of breakfast croissants, peppermint latte, a pup cup, and an energy refresher.
The barista team got our order correct and out the window in what can only be described as the speed of light. Thank you bean team!
The drive thru can be tricky to find, it’s just at the back of the building.

The first time in this BNB. The location in the district is very convenient and there is plenty of parking. Inside, there is a good mix of seating choices. There are booths designed for couples, plenty of cafe tables and even counter seating. The only BNB I have been to with such an option. The staff was friendly as always.

Nice small cafe. Payton and Jackson worked really well together and were dedicated to the customers. The tables, floor and behind the counter all looked clean. I ordered an Americo which was perfect, strong fresh pressed coffee.

So what’s the point of offering pick up through the app when you can’t even open the lobby for service. So I’m stuck waiting 15+ minutes in the drive thru just to have my coffee get cold. Seriously these kids you have running this store are obnoxious and well kids. Get some reliable adults in here to manage and a run a store as it should.
I’m writing this in support of the business, I just had the sweetest conversation with the store manager. She took the time to explain the situation with the lobby being closed. I will always support this store and have continued business with this location.

I ordered 2 coffees, a muffin, and a sandwich for delivery. I received the text responses from Door Dash that it was picked up, etc., and that it was delivered. I texted the Dasher contact number and there was no response. I ran to the store and my order was NEVER PICKED UP BY DOOR DASH. The Beans and Brews staff remade the hour old coffees and re-toasted the sandwich and really made it a better experience after DD dropped the ball. Thank you B&B staff!!! 100% 5 Stars!

Asked for a mocha with oat milk and they said they were out of oat milk. This was at 10 am in the morning. How does that happen with the grocery store is walking distance from the coffee house?

Where is an adult manager, kids will talk about their life relationships and gossip with friends (who got his coffee before me) than give me my 16 oz coffee I’ve purchased in more than 15 minutes like you should at a place to purchase coffee. Announcing my coffee is ready would be a great start, wish I could take back my $1 tip. I’m patient because I’ve worked in this service but I’m the only one here minus their friend, a little ridiculous. Customer service truly out the window at this location. And I thought we stopped using the “R” word. Distasteful.

Got a frozen Carmel Cielo extra toasted marshmallow… first sip was a mouth full of toasted marshmallow.. gross. Now have a 30 min drive to work with no coffee until I can stir it..

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. Mc Donald’s has better customer service then the kids working here. I had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker then had to repeat myself at the window, and they still got my order wrong. They are to focused on their conversation with each other and act like your an inconvenience. On top of that they gave me someone else’s sandwich when I returned it they gave it to the other customer still. That is absolutely against food handling. Disgusting. I ordered 2 coffees, Received only one and it tasted like absolute garbage. These kids are absolutely Incompetent. Where are the adults? Where is the manager? I called 5 times no answer . I asked for my complete order. They forgot a coffee , and a muffin only for them to laugh like it was a joke. No respect no responsibility. This location is absolute garbage I won’t be surprised when they get shut down. I want a refund for my order but can’t reach a competent adult and the kids were no help. To them it was a joke.
