I had a really disappointing experience at the Bluffdale Beans & Brews today. The barista at the window was extremely impatient while taking my order, which already made the interaction uncomfortable. On top of that, instead of charging the card I have saved in the app, she used my reward points without asking.
This was frustrating because I was planning to earn the 3x points promotion on my order, and using my points prevented that. When I asked if it could be corrected, I was simply told there was nothing she could do.
Mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service and unwillingness to help fix the issue made the experience even worse.
At least she got the order right.

This location is right off Bangeter hwy. Open late on Sunday which makes it very convenient for me. Great place. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. Lots of seating inside. No outdoor area to sit. This location has a large mug selection to choose from for purchase.

Asked for a ICED Mr. B and they made it hot then quickly added ice as i got to the window. Took a sip and the top half of my drink was cold and the bottom half was luke warm.

If you enjoy Beans & Brews, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. The coffee was disappointing—my white chocolate mocha was watery and barely warm. The store looked clean and had nice merchandise, but the barista’s attitude made the whole experience unpleasant. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was bothering her. I even left before finishing my coffee and muffin because of how unwelcoming she was. When I was looking at a mug to buy, she told me not to touch the products. Definitely not going back. Thankfully, other locations have always given me great service.

$5.85 before tax for a medium iced mocha. My cup was not full. The guy at the ordering menu in the drive thru aid “we’ll have your total at the window.” I pull up to the window. I’m presented with a credit card device on the end of a stick. “It has tap if you want to tap.” Says the girl holding it. Because she’s not holding the machine super still, I accidentally hit the $2 tip button. She pulled the machine back in, hands me my drink “ here’s that” and shuts the window. The drink? Tastes like chocolate milk. I think they forgot the espresso
