Stopped into Beans & Brews and had an awesome experience. The staff were incredibly kind, on top of things, and had my order out fast without making me feel rushed. For over two weeks now this store has not opened on time. On at least 5 occasions we waited for more than 10 minutes before driving off. Today was the last straw. If you say you open at 5:30 then you need to be opened at 5:30. You don’t mess with peoples morning joe or them being able to make it to work on time! We’re taking our business, after more than 5 years, to another location. You guys need to get it together!
UPDATE: 5:40 AM this morning 07/09/25 and not an employee in site. The manager doesn’t seemed concerned at all. That’s what I get for thinking I’d give them another shot.
UPDATE: yesterday the store manager called me. We had a very nice conversation and she is definitely committed to making sure this doesn’t happen going forward. I arrived this morning at 5:35 am and was greeted and helped by a very sweet young lady who did an amazing job. Kudos to this young lady and to the manager. By the way, this store does make the best coffee!!! I’m excited to continue to be a customer.

I’ve been here a good handful of times and haven’t been disappointed once. The staff has always been kind, the food/drink is generally put together fairly quickly, and I enjoy the nice quiet atmosphere.
Plus, having a bar with charging stations makes it a great place to get caught up on office work, have the business meeting, or conference call. Wish more coffee shops had this!
