It was near my accommodation, and I dropped by for a late lunch. The burger was absolutely delicious. The fries were crispy too, and seasoned just right.

Met some friends for happy hour here and it was great. They have a really nice HH selection of drinks, though next time id skip the cocktail because it was very low on alcohol. The happy hour portions of food were laughably small, but I ordered the chicken teriyaki tacos off of the main menu and they were delicious and filling.

I could not have asked for a more romantic night than a late night stroll through the Venice Canals to finish up at Beach and Brew. The food was excellent, and the hospitality was unparalleled. I would highly recommend this experience, especially to those who enjoy dining together in a comfortable and pet-friendly environment. They have self-service beer on tap that gets charged to your wrist band they give you. They all are priced by the ounce. It was definitely a uniquely fun experience.

We are visiting from out of town and have experienced a lot of brew pub experiences. This was pretty amazing. First off, the beer is pay as you pour and their selection of beer, ciders and wines was pretty great.

The food was amazing… if you don’t like beer go for the food! we ordered the yellow tail carpaccio, crispy rice tuna bites, the cheddar biscuits were so good. We also ordered the Beach and Brew roll and the Truffle Salmon roll. Every bite was so delicious!

We went around 9pm and it was fairly quiet.

I’ll start with the good part, great beer, good concept. Ordered 6 oysters, it took the kitchen 45 minutes to get them ready. Out of 7 oysters, three were rotten, I did get compensation for it. I’ve decided to give another chance with a burger, 10 minutes and I’m waiting. Just want to get out of here

Love this spot it’s always surprisingly empty.
Your wall is awesome with honestly a ton of great beers from California.

Bartenders are nice.
I think people don’t come in because they don’t totally get the vibe.

Which is essentially a good spot to grab a drink or to grab food, with a lot of Japanese-American adjacent food options that are honestly not bad!

But I mostly come for the beer wall. 🙂

This is a sports bar with ok food. The first time I ate here they had fresh ingredients, the second time – not so fresh. Dishes were well presented but lacked seasoning. Everything was drenched in sweet sauces – from the sweet sticky chicken wings to the balsamic reduction on the caprese salad. I also ordered the mezcal paloma and it either used a very poor mezcal or it had none because either way, I couldn’t taste it. There was just so much grapefruit juice that I could taste little else apart from the sweetness. They did make me a second one though when I asked for it but it wasn’t much better.

The place is dog and baby friendly and the staff is very attentive- the only let down are the food/drinks.

I’m convinced this place is an amazing sushi/food restaurant with an awesome bar/beer vending service on the front. Definitely come here. I went on a Thursday night. Service was fast, the food was AMAZING and healthy. The beer dispenser is so so so fun and I can’t wait to come back for more tastings. There are also wine tastings.

Was visiting California for a work trip and stayed in Venice Beach for a couple nights with friends.

We came to Beach & Brew first day of our holiday and two things are unbeatable. The STAFF and the happy hour!!

Couldn’t talk any better about the staff, friendly, attentive and basically helped us figure out our weekend plans! We came back everyday for them!

Happy hour prices are fantastic and what a cool experience to be able to pour your own beer/wine and cider.

If you’re in Venice beach, definitely stop by!
