Everything was delicious and very delightful, we were seated pretty fast despite of it being pretty full, everyone was really friendly and making sure we had our drinks all the time and updated us on our food. Our server had lots of people and I understand that no one can be everywhere at once and apologize to us for not having our food in right away, but it was perfectly fine we got to see and enjoy the ambiance really nice and clean! This was my first time coming here and in no doubt I will be back again the food was amazing!

Good first experience at BC Bistro for Valentines. We were seated quickly and our server was quick to take our drink order. She was also helpful with menu suggestions. Calimari appitizer $15.00. Very good with rings and tentacles, marinara and spicy aioli. The aioli had just the right amount of kick. Could use some peppers in addition to the tomatos, imo. Ceasar salad for me and house salad for my wife. Both good, harder fresh parmesan than I am used to on the ceasar but it was good. Salad included as 1 of 2 sides with my wife’s steak and $4.00 extra with my pasta. Wife had 12 Oz. Sirloin with pepper jack mac $28.00. We were both impressed with the size and quality of the steak. Juicy, well seasoned and prepared to a good medium. I had the seafood pasta $21.00. Seemed to come out fairly dry but the sauce was thinner so much better after mixed well. Seafood was shrimp and scallops. Finished with brownie Sunday. This could be ordered as full for $10.00 or half for $6.00. The full size was definitely enough for 2 people so good value. Overall good experience that we would recommend to all.

LOVE the menu, and all of the delish options at BC Bistro. I’ve been there several times and have ALWAYS had super service, wonderful lunches/brunches and all of the dishes are very reasonable if not on the bigger side. I cannot remember our server last time but she was AWESOME. Another perk is that all of the servers, “runners” and staff do all of the duties so you (as customers) NEVER get cold food. Thank you SO MUCH for all of your fabulous care and food!!!

I ordered two dishes last last week:
1. BC burger, the bun was fresh, has a hint of sweet, they use butter lettuce, but cheaper iceberg, the meat is where it really shine, thick, flavorful, i asked for medium, and it was cooked to perfection, and juicy, I loved the burger, and the egg on top is awesome, and sunny side up is where it at. 100% out of 100%, met all 3 pillars of great food.
2. Chicken wings, this is where my taste buds got “asalted”. It was over marinated, super super salty, when I got it and outer is warm, but the inner is cold, when I bite into to it, it is hard and cold on the inside, it made me feel this dish was a microwaved wings from yesterday. If this dish was cooked at the same time as my burger, I should have gotten the same level of experience. But NO. Not fresh, no flavor and certainly has no texture. I am a wing guy, I didn’t even finish 5 out a dozen that it comes with, just horrible.
If you like a loud and upbeat environment, this is your place.

I’m working in the area this week and was in the mood for Italian food, so I stopped by BC Bistro. I ended up ordering the salmon, and it was outstanding. My server, Carlee, was fantastic. Every recommendation she made was exactly what I was looking for. She even suggested alternatives and different ways dishes could be prepared, and everything turned out perfect. If you’re in the area, this place is definitely worth a stop.

I’d give 100 stars if I could – this is my favorite place in KC! I get the same thing most visits because it’s just that good, but have never been disappointed when I change it up. My parents and nephew love to come too. I dream of BC on the days they are closed and make the drive from Overland Park as often as I’m able. Need a second location!!

I have been several times and the food NEVER disappoints. The fries are amazing, the salads and sandwiches flavorful, and the pasta delicious. If the soup of the day is beer cheese brat with pretzel croutons. Order it! Just trust me. The service is always phenomenal as well. I truly great place to eat.

Finally get to dine in the second time I went there. First time required 45 min of waiting and I was too starving to do that. Food was great. The salad was fresh and portion was bigger than I expected. My entree for the grilled shrimp has a great taste. I won’t mind paying slightly more if it has a better food plating with some edible garnishes or decorations. The pork chop has a good flavor to it too. We couldn’t care much about the Orange Julius cheesecake although that was the Chef’s special of the week dessert. Overall, we were happy with the food and I would definitely go back again!

We love to try places we’ve never been and today we chose BC Bistro… wonderful and highly recommend! We shared brisket nachos and the salmon avocado sandwich, both very good! To top it off, my long island and our server were the best! We’ll definitely be back 🙂

I came to eat around 3:30, and was immediately greeted by a server to show me to my seat. Bar area was bustling with about 10 people so I chose to sit at a lower table. I got the bruschetta, which had a lightly toasted bread and came with two pieces. Perfect for one or two people who like to get an appetizer with din din. I decided on Salmon, paired with mushroom risotto and sauteed zucchini/squash. Salmon was cooked perfectly, and the risotto was delicious. I love my veggies, and these did not disappoint. Overall, if you have a big party I would suggest coming here. They would be able to accommodate and treated me very good here!
