The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. The food here is pretty good! My friends and I got the Bulgolgi Poutine, Rose Ddeok-Bokki, and the Honey Garlic Wings. I definitely recommend the honey garlic wings, it’s super good! The service was great as well– our server was so sweet and kind, she made sure we were okay. The place is somewhat spacious, there’s lots of tables there!

I order a sweet potato fries to go. Normally I get this from another location, however I am passing by this place this time and I thought I would order one to go. It is not good, it’s not the same as the other store. It doesn’t taste the same, and a bag that in a foil bag, which make the sweet potato fries all soggy very quickly. The other store put it into a box what openings for airflow. Also the worst part is the quantity comparing to the other store is almost less than half. Terrible.

We came down because we were craving wings. We weren’t expecting anything major, but wow did everything blow us away. The atmosphere is friendly and the music choices were perfect. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. There is a bit of wait for the food because everything is freshly fried, but I promise you the crunch is worth the wait. We got the cheese and mala wings, and although they were delicious on their own, compining the two was a bursh od flavor I’ll never forget. I 100% recommend.

I am disappointed and will not be returning or purchasing something that is not tasteful nor quality. I truly believe Bonchon is far superior in taste, quality of products and overall a much better choice for chicken. No reason to spend one’s hard earned money on a gimmick or illusion. Please consider before purchasing.

This is my usual go-to branch. It has undergone many managements, but this particular visit and the clerk were the worst. He was rude and impatient toward every customer he served, as if we all owed him even after we paid for our food and service, along with a smile and a thank you. In the end, he even thumped our dish on the counter, spilling the sauce.
I know everyone can have a bad day, but if he cannot compose himself, he shouldn’t choose this line of work.

We ordered the Golden fried chicken- it was light, crispy and piping hot off the fryer. Ddeok-bboki was spicy and delicious, the Hot Spicy wings were big and juicy. All are made to order so they come out steaming hot.
Service was ok, but can still be improved.
My main concern is the restaurant itself.
I almost turned back as soon as I stepped inside. Not a fan of the strong sewer smell. Inside temperature was quite unbearable- midway through the meal, I was sweating like I was working out. I had to break out my folding fan. IMHO it would be better to just get take out. Free 90 minute shared parking for all the other businesses in the plaza

So, they don’t take cash orders over the phone. I get that. However, if somebody tells you they’re coming down to PAY CASH you should probably let them know to only bring small bills before they show up instead of telling them WHEN THEY GET THERE that they don’t accept big bills. I drove 20 minutes down there for nothing.
And by the way, it looked poorly staffed, poorly lit, not exceptionally clean and had a broken front door.

What did we order?
Spicy galbi wings, honey garlic wings, kimchi fried rice & bulgogi poutine.
I honestly loved the batter of the chicken, so full of flavor. Wings were not just flavorful, also crispy on the outside and succulent and tender on the inside. As for the kimchi fried rice and bulgogi poutine, the portions were both ginormous. We were worried that the food might not be enough, but we were wrong. Def shareable! Kimchi fried rice was so flavorful & I liked the idea that they added shredded cheese, kimchi, and bulgogi on the tater tots. They tasted good with the wings and beer.
Downside? I wish the chicken wings could be spicier and cheaper lol. I mean, almost $2 for a small chicken wing? Oh well. The spicy galbi wings had a nice kick but not as spicy as we were expecting. Also, the cheese on the poutine def needed to be melted.
All in all, good chicken! Korean fried chicken is such a guilty pleasure. So high in calories but so worth eating!

Really delicious fried chicken, and the best boneless fried chicken around.
The boneless is real whole pieces of chicken, not like shredded and shaped like most other boneless “wings”.
The Spicy Galbi was a great balance of flavor and a bit of heat, and the honey garlic was similarly balanced flavors and both were wonderfully crispy.
Also, very surprised that the (kinda pricey) fries were perfect. Best french fries I’ve gotten in a loooong time. Perfectly crispy outside, soft inside, and salted just right that they are flavorful but don’t taste “salty”.
The smallest size is 8 pieces, which doesn’t seem like too much but they’re good sized pieces so be prepared to eat or have leftovers with any sized order!
