The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. The chicken was delicious! I’ll definitely be back! 2 issues. Very little portions as far as the side orders and I wish I didn’t see the fly while grabbing my food at the counter.

We experienced wonderful customer service from the moment we walked in. A lovely young lady greeted us immediately and even offered some great ideas for customizing our flavors. Then brought our food and drinks right to our table. Be prepared for a wait; the food takes a long time to cook.

We liked our chicken and kimchi fried rice. We had some spicy original wings, and some sweet and salty garlic tenders. Both were really good. I want to come back and try more flavors.
My only complaint was that the food was ready about 15 mins after our pickup time. So, be patient.

Amazing Korean fried! One of the best I’ve had in SoCal. I had boneless chicken in cheeseling and honey garlic flavors. They were crispy and very flavorful. Totally remind me of Korean fried chicken in Asia. The flavor is different from Americanized Korean fried chicken.
I love that they give white pickle radish as a side for the chicken. In Asia, it’s pretty common but it’s very rare here in LA/OC. The radish was very good. I recommend with any chicken dish!

Had the honey garlic, secret sauce, and spicy original. Absolutely delicious, and was more than enough for several people. The kimchi fried rice and ddeok-bokki are great additions as well.

I ordered on the App. I got notified that the order is confirmed and ready. When I get to the restaurant, they haven’t even started making it. The person at the checkout keeps saying oh I don’t know why the receipt is not printing. And I had to wait for another 30 minutes for my order. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still need to wait at the restaurant?! Completely unacceptable! To update. I have been waiting at the restaurant for over 30 mins now. I still haven’t got the order. My order came out 3mins ago and it turned out that’s not the flavor I ordered. And so the person bring it back in and told me 2 more mins. And later they told me actually 6 more mins. And I’m still waiting at the moment.
Update: it turned out to be more than an hour! AN HOUR! Even if I didn’t order ahead it wouldn’t take that much time to make a single serving of small size wings!

The chicken is always on point here. Customer service is very friendly. I usually do an online order and when I arrive to pick up it’s very prompt and ready to go. My go-to when I’m craving some chicken (and I don’t want wing stop).

If you want a totally different fried chicken experience, I’d recommend bb.q it’s always a hit they always bring the flavor with all their sauces. Korean fried chicken is a new concept that’s taking over the world and I’m glad we get a piece of it here in the US. Id definitely recommend the Galbi boneless wings or the Soy Garlic ones the flavor just can’t be beat, it takes a while to cook the food but it’s so worth it.
