I was rooting so hard for this place. I had so many good meals from here specifically because I caught another location skimming the food from the rice bowls to the chicken. They were cutting off pieces of the wings I assume for the bowls. This location completely skimmed me on my bowl the last time I was here. You can see the bowl is nearly empty and they tried to make it look full in the center. Every time I’ve gone the bowls were heavy and nearly filled to the brim. In the last photo was the time before that I went where the bowl was FILLED. What a scam.

Want to give this place a higher rating, because the wings are phenomenal! Sadly the customer service wasn’t. Ordered ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait the half hour wait, only to find out that my order was given to someone else when I came in to pick-up and was forced to wait another half hour for my order. Was not given a discount or coupon offer for the inconvenience at all. Person who attended me couldn’t be bothered by the mistake.

I got the boneless combo with spicy kalbi and I was hesitant at first because I don’t like boneless wings because they typical are all batter however these were perfect! So much meat and the right amount of crunch. Everything was packaged delicately for the fry-to-sauce ratio. The man who was working was very helpful and nice. I ordered a side of rice since I don’t like French fries, although I found myself eating all these fries hahaha. The pickled radish was a major swoon!!! So fresh, crunchy, and delicious. I was drinking the pickle radish juice it was so good!

I didn’t realize what a gem was hiding in downtown Burbank! I had walked by countless times but was glad I tried it finally. The service was great, food was amazing (especially loved the honey garlic chicken) and I appreciated that the chicken pieces were much bigger than I expected. The only thing is that the wait time for the food was longer than I expected, but that made me feel like my food was being made fresh and the taste quality confirmed that. I’ll definitely be going back!

They’re hungry for orders and can’t manage to make them on time. Looks like the place doesn’t have dine in idk why it says here they have seating available-If you want to get food from there go pick it up don’t consider DoorDash or uber or any of the apps or enjoy over two hours of wait for some fried restaurant depot chicken. They must have good marketing. branding looks nice management and kitchen are dysfunctional. It’s literally pre-cooked fried chicken you throw in a deep fryer..

Bb.q Chicken is an alternative take on the whole hot chicken wing craze. This establishment focuses more on Korean style hot wings. The location is in the busy downtown section of Burbank. The place is bustling and lively, the interior is not too large, just a dining hall located next to a cash register with the kitchen behind it and a bathroom to the immediate right. A quick style snack The wings have a nice, crispy, sweet quality to their texture. The heat level is significant, so be aware of what you’re getting. Also, the wings are very sticky, so you’ll have a mess. There are wet naps and napkins by the front of the shelf of the garbage area. Enjoy the crispy greatness

Really cool little Fried Chicken spot. Loved the vibe of the place. Lots of places to sit and some spots out front. The chicken was really good! A little on the expensive side and the sauces do cost extra…the Cole slaw was SO GOOD! For one person, it cost over $20 for chicken, a side, drink and 2 sauces. The food was great quality and the service was friendly.

My husband Enzo and my kids absolutely love the chicken here. All the chicken is delicious, but we especially love the Secret Sauce Boneless ~^^ The BBQ chicken here tastes exactly like Korean chicken, which makes me so happy. The counter staff are so friendly, and the store is clean and tidy~

I’ll put a shorter review first, and if you’d like the details, skip to the longer text.
Great atmosphere immediately after entering, and service was great as the cashier was polite, friendly, and clear. Restrooms were very nice although with a strange stench. Food did take quite a long time but was good for the most part!
Here’s the longer review:
We’d heard about this place opening not too long ago, and after seeing that not much has been said about it, I decided to try it out and get these reviews started. We went on a weekday at around noon for brunch. Upon entering, it’s a nice well-lit interior with several different types of lighting fixtures, and a selection of music playing over these. The place where the customers are to be is VERY clean, and nice-looking. 5/5, nice, welcoming and hospitable atmosphere. Upon approaching the cashier, he greets and welcomes us. We look at the menu and order the Rosé Tteok-bokki and a whole chicken- 1/2 bone in original and 1/2 secret sauce. We didn’t get drinks, but they had several sodas which had diet and zero alternatives, along with several waters, teas, and juices. When we order, he is very polite and clear in speaking, and give us an estimate of our order time- 20 minutes. 5/5 service. I did need to use the restroom while waiting, so I’ll give you a few details. There are two single stall restrooms, each with a rustic-type theme, using pipes and wooden frames to decorate. There is plenty of space, and toilets are clean, although there is a strange stench about the air. The food did take about 45 minutes to be ready, though, to the point that around 6 people that were behind us in line got their food before us. This will sadly bring my service score down to 3/5 :(. We took it home to eat, and the Rosé Tteok-bokki was very buttery-creamy, lightly spicy, and seafood-y 5/5. Original crispy chicken was very, very crispy, with a nice flavor without being oily, although a little bland. 4/5. The secret sauce chicken had a nice sweet taste, almost a citrus-fruitiness, and a VERY mild spice. The crispiness isn’t as good or even as the original, but still a good flavor. 3.5/5. So, overall, I would say the food is at a 4/5.
