The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s all worth it when you take that first bite.

Delicious Korean style fried chicken! The service is quick and friendly, and the interior is clean and inviting. We tried the Cheesling and Gangnam Style Boneless—both were fantastic. The Rose Tteokbokki was also excellent, with great flavor and texture. Portions are generous, making it well worth the visit. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again!

We came here last night for the first time and it was a total disaster. As soon as we walked in to sit at the table, the cashier told us that it was late and if we wanted to order we could do only to go because they were about to close at 9pm and it was 8:30-8:35pm. We had my young kids and wanted to enjoy our meal but we just ordered to go. We checked out the menu and ordered but while we were waiting my youngest baby went up to the door to touch it for a second since he’s a baby and curious. No harm done nothing happened when the same cashier told us to “Take care of our kids!” In a harsh and disgusted tone. So my boyfriend and I both snapped and told her first the thing about not letting us eat when they clearly close at 9pm. They could have still taken our order and let us eat. We wouldn’t have taken long and then her tone and attitude towards us. We had an argument with her and then some others customers that were in a table next to us even mentioned that she was very rude to them as well and they saw my baby was not doing anything wrong. I also heard when that same customer asked for some hot sauce for her wings and the cashier rudely yelled “Pay at the front”.! We all felt completely unwelcome, discriminated and rushed. She said her name is Jamie but I have a picture of the receipt of her real name in the pictures. Horrible customer service and it’s a shame because we really wanted to like this place.

Visited bb.q Chicken Apple Park and really enjoyed the food! We ordered fried chicken and kimchi fried rice with egg — everything was fresh, flavorful, and served hot.
The crispy chicken was perfectly fried with juicy meat inside, and the kimchi fried rice had great taste and spice balance. Presentation was also really nice.
Service was friendly and food came on time. Clean seating area and good atmosphere to enjoy Korean style fried chicken.
Definitely recommend this place if you’re craving good Korean fried chicken and rice dishes! Will visit again

It’s been a really long time since I came out to eat Korean fried chicken. It was absolutely delicious, just like the real deal in Korea. The medium-sized boneless chicken was perfect for our family of four. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal

I love the BBQ Chicken Cupertino location — it’s my favorite! I order from here quite often, and the chicken quality has never disappointed me. It’s always delicious, and I’m always happy with my meals.
However, today I also ordered the Chicken Cheese Balls as a side, and I wanted to leave a review hoping this menu item can be improved.
Chicken Cheese Balls:
First of all, they were way too salty — overwhelmingly salty. Also, the meat flavor was a bit confusing; I couldn’t tell if it was chicken or some kind of beef. Lastly, there was very little cheese inside.
The chicken cheese ball were 10 pieces, my husband tried one, and I forced myself to eat three more because I didn’t want to waste them, but the rest will probably end up in the trash.
I truly hope this menu item can be improved and made delicious in the future.

Delicious fried chicken. Service was great too. I got the garlic corn flakes looking fried chicken, which had a great sweet/savory taste. Very crunchy!!! My wife the original golden fried chicken. Also crunchy and delicious! We also ordered fries and a Korean Cole slaw. The prices are Bay Area prices. We like it a little more than Buchon just because you get more options to flavor up the chicken. We will come back!

Came in at 1:30pm on a friday, no problems with the free parking lot and immediately found a seat.
Food was great! Tried the original, soy garlic and spicy galbi fried chicken, also had a tteokbokki and onion rings. Everything was lovely.
Service was solid, you could order from a tablet and in general the staff were pleasant and friendly.
Atmosphere was good, generally upbeat kpop music but not too loud that a conversation won’t be possible.

We did a pick-up order at bb.q chicken Apple Park today but decided to just eat it at the restaurant instead because we were so hungry. The person who was in charge of the cashier graciously offered us cups of water and service even if we had a take-out order. This location has always been amazing and the chicken itself (spicy original is our usual order) has been consistent throughout the 5+ years we’ve been coming here!

Food was good but honestly not anywhere as crispy as I was hoping for. It’s nice that you can order the whole chicken here. They seem understaffed so there’s nobody in the front a lot of times. The ddeok-bokki was fine, at life a half a jalapeno of heat. The tables are kept cleaned and you can order in the front if you want for someone to come out. When they are out front though, they are super helpful and nice.
