Nice cafe at Nordstrom. Had several good experiences with the food. Sat at bar and had wine and French onion soup which was some of the best I’ve had. The help seems efficient but never too happy and the decor feels a bit outdated.

Nordstrom Cafe is my go-to in any state I visit. This location did not disappoint. Food is excellent, and very fresh. Tasty salads and our server was very attentive. Only issue was not much crab on the salad which was a bit disappointing, but the avocado was VERY good and fresh
I did find it strange to have to ask for bread, that is normally a given at Nordstrom cafes.
The hostess greeters were not the friendliest but perhaps we caught them on an off day.

Mark was wonderful! Not only was he adorable, but he was very attentive too! Our meal was even better because mark was our server. 10/10 rating! He was phenomenal and the environment was great. Make sure to ask for him next time

Came here today to have a nice lunch with my husband. This happens to be one of our weekend favorites. Niya was our server and to my surprise our lunch did not go well today. To start, she didn’t seem very open to me ordering a different dressing than the one that originally comes with it. She definitely has a very unpleasant look on her face. She never came back to check on us until it was time to pay the bill. Another couple came in and stood there while she continued talking to a customer she knew. So unprofessional and unfair to customers. Doudley, who was not our server came over and assisted us the whole time we were there. After she took my card she brought it back and just sat it on the table and mumbled something. This was the most unpleasant experience I have had at Nordstrom. I have been coming to Bazille for years and years. I have visited the one at Merrill Village about 5 or 6 times. This was a very unpleasant experience by far the worst I’ve experienced at this restaurant. She definitely needs some training and an attitude adjustment immediately. This will not stop me from visiting Bazile restaurant because I like it there. But if you don’t want your dining experience ruined I recommend you to not sit in her area period.

My wife and I chose to try this place for lunch since we were walking around the Boca Town Center mall. We both chose to try the Chef’s special, which was the “Blended Mushroom Burger”. It came with a side salad. Both the burger and salad were excellent. The burger bun was very soft and buttery and the burger was nice and savory. Simply put, the meal was delicious! I was hoping to come back for dinner sometime but found out that the restaurant closes at 4pm due to a lack of staff. They have a wine down Wednesday special at 50% off bottle prices but I just can’t imagine taking up that offer during lunch time. It be would be nice once they can have dinner hours again.

Fantastic food! Everything was delicious. Appetizers had were the crab bisque, tomato burrata and the Brussels sprouts. Main dishes were halibut & fries, crab mango avocado salad, steak fritte and the housemade chicken sausage & burrata. For dessert we had the white chocolate bread pudding (warm). Service was average considering it was not busy at all The waitress did not check on the table, we had to continuously go up to the bartender and ask for her or for what we needed, and food took a while to come out. Drinks were expensive and not outstanding. Will definitely return, can overlook the service and give it another chance as the food really good, the dessert was amazing.

Doudley is a very pleasant server, I have visited all of the Nordstrom restaurants in the south Florida area. This is one of the best. Doudley provided excellent service, he was very attentive and polite to say the least . I’m so glad he was our server today. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

We’ve eaten at Bazille several times and each was very enjoyable. I like the fact that they practice true social distancing, which helps with the comfort level in today’s crazy times. (We had stopped by California Pizza Kitchen, but left because booths were packed back to back with patrons). Our Bazille salads were fresh and tasty & the service attentive and friendly.

It’s not just a great shop restaurant. It’s a great restaurant period. Lovely people and always a chill vibe. The skirt steak is one of the best I’ve had. Thanks to all the hard working and lovely service and kitchen staff. A hidden gem.

Can’t even rate the food. Waiter took 10 mins to check up on us and get our drink order. And 7 minutes later still talking to two other women at the bar, completely ignoring us. No silverware at the table, even at a non-peak time. Just a bad experience.
