It has been a while since we ordered from this place and we were really looking forward to enjoying some good Haitian food. First of all, when we called to place our order, the employee on the other end answered the phone as if it was her personal phone and I had to ask if this was Bayshore Caribbean. I decided to call back to place my order and this time, the representative not only answered my call but also answered another customers call at the same time and before I could finish my order, they hung up on me.
I called back and successfully placed my order but when my wife brought it home, it smelled and tasted old, stale, rotten, and sour. It’s as if the food had been sitting out for two days next to a pile of trash. My wife mentioned that while standing there waiting for our food, she couldn’t help but notice all the flies flying around. We had no choice but to dump it all in the trash. It was dry, had a horrible taste and quite frankly it stunk up our house. Horrible customer service, as usual, rude staff, and the food was disgusting. We definitely will not be ordering from this place ever again.
As a Haitian who wants to support our community, I am embarrassed that we just can’t pull it together and provide great customer service and good food at a decent price. Do not support this establishment! You have been warned!!

I visited this Haitian Restaurant yesterday. I was impressed as I entered as the place was very clean and nicely
decorated. The atmosphere was quite pleasant and there was some background music. I thoroughly enjoyed my order of fried goat which I believe is also braised to perfection, along with legumes,( a dish made up of chayote, pumpkin , and some other vegetables, eg, eggplant all cooked together to a soft and smooth texture.This also came with fried green plantains (banann ,in creole) This order also consisted of a portion of rice and peas. The meal was sumptuous.Highly recommended.Would certainly visit again.

Place smells too strong, so many different types of scents inside the restaurant, I’d a headache seating there.
Price was outrageous for a descent plate of food.

Delicious flavorful Haitian food served in generous portions. I highly recommend the goat stew, which comes with a large bowl of rice and beans and fried plantains. Great spot!

We walked in excited to eat with a smile on our faces. No one was in there and we said hellooo and a lady walked up and gave us a dirty look. We sat down and she asked what we wanted. We requested menus and said no we don’t have menus. I told we haven’t been here before but glanced google pictures of a menu and showed it to her and she still refused to give us a menu so we walked out. Seriously so appalled we were so excited to eat there. Love Caribbean food! Such a let down. Won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to do so. No one deserves such disrespect.

This is the best Haitian Restaurant in Naples. I have been to many others and they cannot compare. While I would I would love to give them a five star because of the food alone I have to also consider the customer service aspect of my review. I have ordered food a lot from that place and many time even though I call ahead my orders get mixed up making me wait longer upon my arrival to pick it up. Danny is exceptional and always gets my orders correct (she even recognizes my voice) however she can’t work 24/7. The miscommunication only happens when she not there. I did noticed that they start serving less food due to inflation however the taste never disappoints. If you’re thinking about Haitian food this is the place to go!
