Wow. This place was great. Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere. One of the men cooking in the back even cane out to ask if everything was good. If you are looking for some authentic southern seafood, this is it. Everything came out quick and hot! Very impressed. (Really recommend the gumbo *fair warning thought its got some kick*, fried catfish, and fried okra. They’re great.)

This place is a hidden gem! It’s tucked away in a plaza on Valley Hi with a modest storefront, but the inside is vibrant and welcoming! The food is delicious and the portions are so generous. Everything we ordered came out quickly, crisp and piping hot, and well seasoned. Worth a visit!

Don’t pass this place up. The food is amazing. Today I got the smothered pork chops with 2 sides The Pork chops were huge and seasoned and deep fried to perfection. The Mac and cheese is a good group all by itself and the red beans and rice was full of flavor. Again don’t skip on this amazing place

LET’S EAT SOME FISH!!! I brought my parents over here the other day. We love the seafood here. My parents ordered the catfish sandwich. It’s served with fries bread and lightly breaded catfish. They both love it. I ate the specialty salad with Flounder. They grilled the Flounder with their seasoning. It was a little spicy. I was able to finish my meal before my mouth and tongue felt the HEAT!

When we came in, we were seated at the table we chose. Then they took over 10 minutes to even get the menus and to ask what drinks we wanted. It was very hot and barely any cool air blowing. The waitress seemed like she had an attitude and didn’t even give her name. She got kind of upset when my brother went to ask for the menus. The catfish didn’t taste like catfish, was more of a gooey taste. We didn’t get refills and had to ask another waiter for refills. They forgot the shrimp that came with the special and had to ask about it. Was my first time here and definitely won’t be coming back.

It’s hard now a days to find really good food, service, prices. Especially when it comes to fish and I must say Bayseas was all of the above and then some. The atmosphere is very fun and reminded me of my young days. Customer service was awesome and the food came out very fresh and hot . It was awesome that the owner asked us and everyone how the food was. This will definitely be my fish spot and I’m highly recommend this place! Don’t let the location fool you.
