We had a great experience at Bayou & Bottle. The atmosphere was relaxed yet upscale, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. I ordered the peach burrata salad and it was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The drinks were a bit pricey, but well made and thoughtfully crafted. Service was friendly and attentive, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. We’d definitely come back.

David was our bartender both nights and I wish I took more pictures of his drinks! Aesthetically pleasing of course BUT HE TRULY LISTENS to what your preference is for sweetness & flavor and MAKES THEM TO PERFECTION!!!

I had a great experience at Bayou and Bottle. My waiter, Tawanda, was awesome! Everything he recommended was 10/10 from the drink that I asked to be a mocktail to the food I ordered. It is a great vibe for after work and you want to decompress or meet someone in an intimate setting.
I also had the privilege of taste testing one of their newer cocktails that reminded me of tiramisu. It was sooo good and rich!

It was a wonderful dining experience indeed. We were literally spoiled by Chef Dominic. All his dishes tasted amazing and we all enjoyed our lunch there. All the staff were friendly and didn’t rush us, we hope to come back each time we visit Houston.

We really enjoyed our experience to bayou and bottle. The first night our server was Josh and he was fantastic as he ensured we had a great experience and was full of helpful information. Add lobster to the chips and cheese. It was amazing! And all drinks were awesome. My son had a complete blast in the simulator and actually liked the other games more than golf. Would highly recommend even if not staying at the hotel.

We traveled from Mexico City and wanted to try this place, it did not disappoint.
For starters we had Birria Bao and Sorghm Glazed Porkbelly you definitely don’t want to miss this … superb! So flavory and really good.
Then I went straight for the stake & fries which was so tasty and tender.
I fully recommend this place, cocktails were also great. My recommendation the Eleventh Hour with espadín mezcal.

Tried this place randomly for lunch during restaurant week last year and the food was delish. The service was superb and the prices weren’t bad at all. I would go back again and tell others about this place.

Just left and would be remiss if I didnt leave a review for the amazing bartender Laura. What a great job. Makes a helluva traditional Old Fashioned, has a great personality, perfect disposition for customer service and a warm smile. Only in town for two days, but if I can make it back I woll. If not. Next time!!

What a beautiful building! And the service here was superb. The burger was delicious. Even the fries were amazing – regular and sweet potato. The Dr Pepper Old Fashioned was sweet, but great to try once. The lobster tacos were great too. The tortillas were thick and they had a little kick…but great flavor. The valet and greeters were so welcoming and kind. The bathrooms were beautiful too. I loved the black paper towel and toilet tissue.
