The burger is of really great quality. I was surprised at the taste of it. The thing that really shines about this place is the feel and atmosphere. A lot of it has to do with the game area and the mini arcade selection. Would recommended and will revisit. It can be slow during peak hours however.

Wanted something local instead of interstate chain fast food. Found Bad Axe Bistro on yelp. Worth the few minutes. Delightful, quirky and fun, and the food was fantastic. The burgers refresh the service was good and the atmosphere was interesting. I would definitely recommend it.

Gracie and the staff were so friendly and awesome! I can’t wait to go back. Had the trout and glazed carrots and it was delicious. The bruschetta was yummy! Threw some axes and had a beer after dinner. Hidden gem in Central WV!

This is a great place, very spacious very nice people that work there, I stopped in because I haven’t been in the area for a while and I noticed this new restaurant had opened up, and I walked in and looked at their menu and they had a Reuben on the menu and I was like I have to try the Reuben, One of the best I’ve had in a very long time lots of corned beef just the right amount of kraut.. overall it was a delightful sensation to my taste buds would recommend for anybody

Instead of the countless and soulless fast foods chains, my wife and I like to find local restaurants near the highways when we are on the road. We found this place in this tiny yet interesting town. We were blown away by the quality. I mean, when’s the last time you had fried potatoes that were actually hand cut from and actual potato in the kitchen? Surprising high quality food and super nice owner and waiter. Eclectic ambience. Really cool experience

To start: The service was impeccable and if not for that, we may have left. Thank you to the long haired brunette, she knew her job and did it well and was is an asset to the restaurant. She could likely make excessive money serving in Charleston. Huntington. or Morgantown. She said they had just hit one year and I fear it’s close to over.
