Battles Wharf store is my most favorite place to eat lunch on the Eastern Shore. Every time I go in I ask the owner to pick me out something to eat. He never fails to surprise me. Today i had an amazing Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad with saltine crackers. It was AMAZING! Yesterday I had a grilled chicken sandwich that had been premade. The bun was a bit soggy so I asked for a new bun and I remade it and it was soooooo good. It is usually so hard to find a healthy choice for lunch on the go. But with Battle’s Wharf Store making awesome food everyday were all set. Also they just opened Fairhope Juice Co. next door and they have PERFECT fresh juices. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Nice local convenience store with breakfast and lunch options (sandwiches, hotdogs, salads, etc). I got a cheeseburger which was made fresh and so good. My partner got 2 hotdogs and it was good too. They have daily special too which the ones for this week looked really good. I would definitely go back.

I stopped at this little place on the return trip of my bike ride. It is a quaint place that has some groceries, pop, beer, wine, and they sell homemade sandwiches.
