We choose to dine in. The young lady that took our order was super nice. The food came pretty fast to only discover that it wasn’t fresh. The dine in section was real cold. I am used to my house being set at 70 and this place was cold. Also, we couldn’t wait to leave there seemed to be someone in charge that kept yelling orders or communicating with staff very loudly.

Went through the drive thru just now at Winchester ky Arby’s and got home and chicken nuggets were hard and fries were as well. Paid 17 bucks just to bite into a hard nugget and got scratch the top of my inside jaw. Plus I’m a regular.

I ordered the new ribeye sandwich it looked nothing like in the add the meat was tough and fatty and way to much garlic aioli I was not impressed my husband had a beef and cheddar double I tried it and it was delicious now I know for next time. Also, they have a delicious Ruben sandwich

I love Arby’s! Yeah it’s fast food but it tastes good and you know what you’re gonna get! The lobby was closed when we got there but the manager (I’m guessing) a very nice young lady) invited us to drive thru and place our order and got it right! Thanks guys!

Ordered new hush puppy battered fish strips. They give you 3 strips that’s barely two bites each and limp batter was almost raw and about 7 curly fries. A major disappointment for me the food is normally good there. But I will not be getting the fish strips again
