Usually this location is awesome. The employee was actually very nice. I just have a little issue when I spend 16 dollars on 2 quarts of ice cream and they are not packed down. I got home and 1 was less than 3/4 full after I packed it just to see what I got and the other 1 was, I suppose passable.

Ice cream is great. Customer service is not. Waited over 30 minutes in line. There were 2 people working, but for some reason one of them thought messing with the stereo and “cleaning” different things was more important than serving customers. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry.

Went in for some ice cream with the family and the employees were super friendly. ice cream was amazing and one employee noticed my daughter dropped her spoon outside and brought her a new one without her even having to go in and ask. See you guys next time! 😀

Baskins and Robbins is so bad. I’m so mad. Apparently they don’t put together door dash orders until the lobby is cleared out. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes and there is still a long line inside. Guess they don’t care about eveyone. It’s dumb and they only have one person working. Horrible service

Impossible to get an ice cream cake! I went by at noon on Friday their cakes were all sold out. Asked if I could order a cake for the next day or if they would have more. I was told I could come back Saturday and cakes “should” be available. I returned, they were not. I understand these thing happen and they were out and who knows the circumstances but what really put the icing on the cake after 2 failed attempts to buy was how extremely rude the cake decorator was to me. Unhelpful, unkind & unprofessional! I won’t be back!

Ordered doordash for my niece both were quickly and efficiently delivered. They loved the ice cream. Got a banana split but you can customize, Reese’s peanut butter Sundae and a dinosaur cup with chocolate fudge ice cream.

No other ice cream compares to Baskin-Robbins. Great service from staff to owner, plenty of flavors to choose from, good turn over of flavors all year round, good location, easy to see, limited parking but always accommodates the large crowds. Can’t be beat for ice cream indulgences.
