Ok so normally I don’t complain cus I know how hard this kind of cake can be. But this is ridiculous, especially since this is my first time purchasing a cake from here. Extremely disappointed it wasn’t cheap either! I ordered chocolate not white.

We went in yesterday to reward my son for shoveling with me. His grandparents and the two of us each had ice creams and Jodi helped us. She greeted us immediately and was pleasant and kind the entire exchange. We spent bit of time in enjoying our ice-creams and listened to how lovely she was to everyone that came in. I wish more places in cheyenne had a Jodi!

Manager has a poor attitude, she is mean and nasty, she won’t help resolve refund issues when there are cooler issues claiming it’s a doordash issue, even though it’s ordered through Basken Robins. Staff never seems to be trained properly, and store hours are never consistent. If Basken Robin’s wants to continue being a staple in this community, I’d recommend hiring new management for this location.

Employees seem like they can’t be bothered. Last night we went at 9:15. Hours online and posted next to the door say they are open till 10. Open sign was on. But they turned us away saying they now go by a piece of paper on the door that says 9–which is in tiny type so you can’t read it from the door. There were four of them just sitting around in there. Last few times we went they were more worried about door dash than customers in front of them and rarely have hot fudge or caramel in the hour before closing. You never see the same people twice in there which makes me think it must be a bad place to work. Probably won’t be back for awhile.

No other ice cream compares to Baskin-Robbins. Great service from staff to owner, plenty of flavors to choose from, good turn over of flavors all year round, good location, easy to see, limited parking but always accommodates the large crowds. Can’t be beat for ice cream indulgences.

Usually this location is awesome. The employee was actually very nice. I just have a little issue when I spend 16 dollars on 2 quarts of ice cream and they are not packed down. I got home and 1 was less than 3/4 full after I packed it just to see what I got and the other 1 was, I suppose passable.

The employees are not interested in your business after 9 pm. All toppings, blenders, dishes, tools, etc are “not working” or “not available” after 9. Which is retail speak for “I don’t get paid enough to work the last couple hours of my shift.” Not that anyone is going die if they don’t get late night ice cream… but the owner should consider revising the posted hours to mention this.

This place never has anything. One time I came in and they didn’t have vanilla ice cream or hot fudge. Customer service is always eh. Teenagers who couldn’t care less. Today I went in, they didn’t have 2 flavors that were listed on the website and then when the guy helped me, he made my ice cream and walked away without saying anything, I had to tell one of the others that I needed to order something else.
