We gave this place a try because sonic doesn’t make banana splits anymore. It was a good choice! Overall, a good experience and friendly staff. We were the only ones eating inside, and they weren’t busy. Still, two of the usable tables were gross and had ice cream all over them. I guess they don’t pay much attention to that area now that most people don’t eat in the dining area these days anyway. We did because it’s hard to share a banana split with someone in the truck…
We will definitely be back. Hopefully with clean tables to sit at next time.

I did not read any reviews before stopping here, & glad I didn’t. I read the other reviews, clearly managment made changes.
I stopped by on a long road trip for business. I visited their restroom first (men’s room) and it was the cleanest public bathroom I’ve been in in quite some time.
Everything in the store was clean, neat and organized. The 3 young ladies working were all polite to me and my Pumpkin Cheesecake milkshake is delicious.
My visit was approximately 3:15 p.m. on a Wednesday. Having worked fastfood myself I know it’s a lot easier have things clean and nice when you’re not slammed at work. People should have more empathy/patience. :^)

Cudos to Baskin Robbin’s for having chocolate ice cream when I go there, but holy smokes, slightly over $10 for 2 single scoop cones on regular cones that have very small scoops that don’t even go down in the cone. Crazy sky high price increase.

Aside from 2 employees you get the WORST service there. Two younger white boys with disgusting attitudes. Very snippy and rude. I never make these kind of reviews but after multiple visits and trying to brush it off thinking “oh maybe it’s just a bad day” there’s only so many of those you can have. From my understanding one of the boys is the owner’s son. This is bad for business.

Great experience tonight. I was able to special order some ice cream for my niece (pint size) for her birthday and helped to ensure it would not melt on the way home. I brought ice and my cooler but they helped me pack it down with more ice. Above and beyond. We got two waffle cones and the ice cream was great too. Yall check them out. Good times.

Unprofessional and not used to this type of service. The lady who was making out ice cream was friendly but not professional. She was sampling the ice cream while giving us samples. I even seen her lick her fingers. I was going to walk out but assumed she was going to atleast wash her hands but no she still fixed our ice cream and almost dropped my ice cream but catched it with her hand and still handed to me instead of making a new one. I didn’t want to get her fired so I paid for it and then trashed it when I left.

Went drive thru. Paid $20 for 2 small milkshakes and a medium milkshake. We had to pull up. Waited 10 minutes outside in the car. NO ONE WAS THERE! Just about the time I worked up a good mad I went in and they still wasn’t ready. Just about the time I was going to ask for a refund the chick finally went out a different door headed the car where my hubby was sitting. The so called milkshakes were chocolate milk with chips of ice floating in them. They didn’t have any thickness at all. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!

Great stop on our road trip! The ladies working were nice and helpful. Delish choices but many were sold out. Clean and updated inside. Good parking. Great ice cream cake options available too. Downside, they were out of hot fudge and full sized spoons and some flavor tags were missing.

This five star review was earned by Coffey (the employee, not the drink.) It’s rare these days to find someone positive and ready to help who truly seems like they enjoy their job but Miss. Coffey made our experience great. It was a plus that the love potion, Cookie Monster, and Rocky road were delicious too!
