They have a tendency y to act as though te customers that walk in are not prioritized.

The young server guy working on Thursday 9th at closing time instead of helping out was with his friends in the lobby when the sign says it should still be open till 10 yet it was locked by 9 pm with the friends inside. He told us to go through drive thru instead. We kept telling him what we wanted but he was distracted whole time. Customer service really made the experience awful

I was traveling from Virginia to Maryland and was looking forward to get donuts, but when I get there, there were no stocks at all. Not even bagels or anything. It’s so early in the afternoon and completely running out of stock with everything is very disappointing. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of this store. I hope this issue is addressed immediately so other customers don’t face the same frustration.

Never have mint chocolate chip or several other flavors in stock. Once I went to the drive through and they said they were out of spoons. Terribly store The theme is 31 flavors.not 20.. Want a good Baskin Robbins order from or go to the shop on Matery or the one in Gaithersburg.

Most of the flavors are out of stock and never get refilled for more than a week. And flavors are labeled or placed wrongly so had to ask which is which as they are out of many icecream in this summer season.

Only reason I go there is because of my kids. I check their website and Google to make sure the place was open. Both places indicated that the location closed at 9:00 PM for both the lobby and drive through. I got to the place at 8:09 PM and the door was lock. There was a customer inside and the employees saw me at the door but avoide eye contact. When the customer came out, it was 8:19 PM, the employee told me that they are closed. I mentioned that the website says 9PM, then he responded that the store always closes at 8PM. I pointed at the sign on the door that says lobby and drive through closes at 9PM. He pause for a few seconds then told me that the sticker is old and does not reflect the current working hours. Then I mentioned that it means that every place that indicates closing at 9PM is wrong, he paused for a few seconds again and responded yes everything is wrong. Then I mentioned that if it is wrong why not change it, then another pause, then he mentioned that the manager told them to close at 8PM. I asked for a business card so I can call the manager then he told me to Google the number. Then I told my kids that I was going to call and complain and the employee without hesitation told me that I can go to the drive through if I wanted to and buy ice cream. I said you just told me that everything was closed, then he try to explain the working hours and said we closed at 8PM but I can attend you through the drive through. I said no thanks. Not doing business with them anymore. The employees at least the night shift are rude and never have the store clean. If you go during the day it is a night and day difference. Very disappointed.

I went to the Wisteria location and asked if there were peanuts in the Rocky Road ice cream. I wanted to buy it for my son and explained to the cashier that I wanted to know because my son has peanut allergies. The cashier was very rude and said “I don’t know.” I asked her if she could find out for me and she replied “You can go on Dunkin Donuts online and find out for yourself “ I told her that the ingredients are labeled in front of the flavors and if she could go check for me. She rudely said”No! Go online and look for yourself!” If you work in customer service, you need to know your products and by law you need to know for allergy purposes. Will not come here again.

Horrible service. The servers completely ignored Our presence and attended to other customers and their orders. When I brought it to their attention they gave the excuse they were understaffed And the guy I spoke with said he was not responsible for the ice cream counter and would have to wait for his associate to attend to us. Meanwhile, they continued to fill other peoples orders that came in after us and the drive-through.
