Hello, Everyone,
Just a note to let you know that BASILS PIZZA in Cranston RI will no longer have my business. The pizza was very bad and very burnt. It was unedable. I had to throw the whole pizza out. As you know, I have tried every restaurant three times. I believe in giving every restaurant a fair chance. However, this restaurant has let me down consistently, and I will no longer pay for food that is substandard. My first order was a tunafish grinder. It smelled, and the bread was wet. My second order was spaghetti and meatballs. When I bit into the meatball, I hurt the roof of my mouth on very hard bone or gristle. This pizza was the last straw.
Now, this being said, I have to give kudos to the delivery men who were excellent and exceptionally kind and considerate.

I’m at work and I’m not familiar with this area so I ordered a pizza that I said in my local area and this place popped up. Not even realizing it’s 15 minutes away from my location and they still delivered and the food is amazing thank you so much!!!

A plain mom and pop place located in Cranston. The family is altogether working in the kitchen, answering the phone, cleaning shop, etc.
We sat at the bar and ordered a 2 topping pizza. They prepare it to order which takes a while for a pizza. The pepperoni and mushrooms were good but the crust was to die for. Crunchy and crispy is just perfect.

Awesome spot nestled in Cranston! Was in town for funeral, washing clothes and saw this Top Spot for Pizzeria’s in the area! Basil was a HIT! Truly authentic pizza and family atmosphere. Will definitely be back !

Not from the area and google said they were top pizza….google didn’t lie here!! Best pizza we have had in a very long time!! While waiting for pizza, we ordered onion rings…those were amazing!!! Next time we’re in RI, I’m coming back!!!!
