We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday party here. The owner and staff were so accommodating for our party of 21. Not only did we receive great service, the staff provided more than ample amount of wait staff to ensure drink and food orders were taken in a timely manner and served. The food exceeded our expectations, even though we knew the food was great! I had the lobster ravioli, my husband had the shrimp and crab ravioli, and we shared the calamari. The wine list covered all the different palettes and we enjoyed multiples glasses that paired exquisitely with our food! Everything was cooked perfectly, with the obvious flavors and then the following subtle flavors that made each dish spectacular! When it was time to do the cake, sparklers were added to the cake and they cut and passed out pieces to everyone.
The ambiance was intimate without being stuffy. We could joke and laugh, while still being able to hear the quiet conversations around the table.
We are so thankful to the restaurant, the owner, and the staff for helping to make my husbands celebration so special! We’ll definitely be back again!

We had the Chicken Picatta and Vodka pasta and both were delicious! We tried the meatballs for an appetizer and they were equally satisfying! While the cheesecake was good, I didn’t think it was as amazing as our meals. Overall the service, atmosphere and food were

Incredible place!
We got a Ravioli starter, which was so tasty! The marinara sauce that came along with it was exceptionally rich, and we couldn’t get enough of it.
We also got 2 Parmigianas (Chicken and Vegetarian) and 2 Pizzas (Vegetarian and all meat). The Parmigianas were excellent, and so were the pizzas.
Will definitely be coming back for more!

Visited last Thursday evening for the first time. Service was outstanding, along with the food. The boom boom shrimp was well done, with 8 large shrimp. Great value. The bread was excellent. Cute place. Will be back!

Service was weak. Food was missing seasonings & was basic. Average food with nothing spectacular. Sangria was the best thing and he took like 15 minutes to get it for us when there was literally only 2 tables. Disappointing experience overall. Spaghetti & meatballs tasted like they were out of a can. Calamari was chewy & flavorless. Won’t be back.

Basilico in Greenville is a fantastic Italian dining experience. The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the food is absolutely delicious. The bread alone is worth the visit—fresh, warm, and full of flavor, it sets the tone for the rest of the meal. Every dish we tried was prepared beautifully and packed with authentic Italian taste. First time in and even went on Valentine’s day, which we normally don’t do because of service and good quality usually suffers. The food was excellent from the appetizers, entrees and didn’t try the dessert, but ones coming out of kitchen we large and looked great. Small and cozy place with great food and the service was good, but servers seemed like they were spread out across whole room instead of having a few tables near each other. Tables were turning quickly as the food was coming out very quickly but quality wasn’t suffering as everything was cooked just right. Definitely give this place a try. We are new neighbors across the road and walked over, had about 30 min wait at the height of a holiday dinner period. You won’t be disappointed, I promise you that. Cheers and enjoy!

Even just walking up to the restaurant you immediately see how beautiful the outside space is decorated. Lots of photo opportunities.
Unfortunately, I believe the service was not very good because large parties are auto grated 20% and that tends to affect how attentive servers are when you get paid regardless of effort.
But the food was very good. The calamari batter was exceptionally crisp and light and delicious. Everybody really enjoyed their meals, I would just suggest they do a little brush up on steps of service with their staff.
Otherwise, would definitely go back and give it another go!

The food is excellent and the service is exceptional. Especially Paulina. She made us feel very welcome and appreciated. It is rare to find customer service with people who value the customer as a blessing and NOT a burden to be dealt with. Paulina understands how to treat people. She was amazing.
