Ridiculously overpriced. I got an order of chicken pad Thai, spice level 2 for $15.99 ($17.59 with tax and 10% tip). I included a picture of the serving size with a jelly roll pen for scale. Taste is okay, but not worth almost $20. What’s worse is most of the chicken was dark meat which means they are using the cheapest cuts of meat and then up-charging by a ridiculous amount. Also, spice level 2 was indicated to be medium but I’d be intrigued to see what mild and no spice taste like because this has NO SPICE to it. Won’t be patronizing this restaurant again!

Great food with quick service even at lunch rush. First time I have eaten there but for sure not the last, I even did a pick up for sushi rolls for my wife the same night and she loved it.

I’m gonna be honest I slept on this place for many years. Then I went to this place and was impressed all across the board. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is clean and up-to-date. And most importantly, the food. I’ve been back three times in the last five months and they have knocked it out of the park every single time. Everything I get there is fresh I made with good quality ingredients. I know it’s not OTR, but it is 100% worth making the drive if you’re not nearby.

We loved our meal! They have a varied menu and something for everyone as well as the ability to pick your own spice level. I’m a 3/4, but the teenager is a 1/4, so it works out perfectly! Staff is very friendly and service is quick.

My husband and I ordered two different rolls the Ohio roll and eel roll and they put them in the same container. They are different orders not a combo. They couldn’t spare another container? The rolls were on top of the ginger and wasabi!

Exceptionally clean with fast and friendly service.
The chicken pad thai was very good but a little too sweet. I got the spicy level 4 (their highest) and it was not that spicy. Next time I’ll probably ask for them to double the spice.
The cashew chicken was excellent and I would absolutely recommend it.
We will be back!

I have been to Basil Thai couple of times. Their food is usually good, especially if you stick to their popular dishes. I like their pineapple fried rice and drunken noodles. This time I ordered ramen noodles and it is not so good. It felt more like having instant noodles. It’s close to my office and I will visit again but try their usual menu. The price seems a little more especially for the quantity. Service is decent.

Tried the pad see ew for lunch on a weekday afternoon. Lots of seating and parking. Staff was attentive, food came quickly. Chicken was a bit overcooked, flavor was okay. Portions were on the smaller side. Relatively expensive for what you get. Nothing really stood out. Definitely better bang for your buck elsewhere.

If you haven’t been here in a while, it’s definitely worth a revisit. New management, new menu, great service, amazing food. The curry was fantastic. Thai coffee was exceptional. 100% would recommend. I will be back.

Delicious drunken noodles! Loved the basil in it. A little bit on the pricy side, but ready quick for take out and kind service!
