Somehow this place is not what it was before. The food is only limited to bowls and wraps. The ingredients are different. I used to have the beef bowl a lot. Now the beef bowl is small, only has three ingredients (beef, lettuce and ginger) all looking being stored for a while. The beef quality and taste is really poor. There is no sauce added any more. This is a joke for a 15-16$ meal.

This is my 3rd open sushi burrito this year. If the workers are taught how to close them properly that’ll be great.

Absolutely delicious food, had to hold myself back from ordering another. The only unfortunate bit was they were out of tofu and i was unable to get any vegetarian protein

Overpriced but also the only choice students have on campus. Their bowls are now half the size they were pre Covid. When I paid 1.50 for avocado, they gave me three slices. It’s extortion, plain and simple. At least the fish seems fresh and hasn’t given me food poisoning yet.

I used to love going here as a BU student. But I recently became disabled and had an awful experience. As a place that claims to be disabled accessible, it is not. To get to their disabled accessible door, you must first use the Bank of America door. If you aren’t a client of Bank of America, you’re out of luck. I managed to get in with the help of another student through the main enterance. When I asked if the handicap door can be open any other way other than with a bank card, I was snapped at. When I tried to clarify, since I was confused why the employee was so rude, I was told that it’s not their door and not their concern. THE BASHO EXPRESS NAME IS ON THE DOOR! How is that not their door or problem if they put their branding on an entrance that claims to be handicap accessible?

A new style of food, and I loved it. I got a sushi burrito with sashimi salmon; it was delicious! Definitely worth the money and would go again. The place is very clean and nice (and has conveniently placed Bank of America and Citizens Bank ATMs). They also have great milk tea with boba. Definitely would go again and recommend to a friend.

Mediocre service and sushi left much to be desired especially for the price of most items. You’re probably better off buying a roll of gas station sushi than eating here.

The only place on campus to get sushi like food, but it’s overpriced and its quality doesn’t match the cost
