I set at the order speaker for 15 minutes waiting to place my order. No one said anything. I finally drove up to the window and was told I had to drive back around they are short staff and was gonna get to me when the could. They are short staff. Mind you the line was to the road. Mind you 3 was out front smoking 2 was up in the front just standing there. Very disappointed in how the staff is now. I used to love going here. This is the 3rd time I’ve been disappointed now.

HORRIBLE service! Food is great, but omg please hire some adults. These kids lack experience and plain common sense.
I was in the drive thru and waiting over 20 minutes to finally pull up enough to place my order. I waited…and waited…finally the car in front of me moves up so I decided to say “hello”….waited….”hello”…did this another 2 times. Finally I gave up and figured this explains the long wait. So I move up.
After a minute, I hear the person in the car behind me place her order! I was like WTH!?!? So I called and called and called until finally the same guy that took the lady’s order behind me answered. I told him I waited and said hello a few times and no one answered, so I moved up. His reply, “Oh, you are going to have to get back in line”. Heck no!!! I told him, I have been waiting over 20 minutes in line already, I am NOT going back in line. His reply, “It’s our policy.” Sure it is…
I told him, I waited and NO ONE replied. He said, “We were having issues with it.” So I asked him, I have to be punished for yalls issues?
He stayed firm with it’s Bases policy, so since he obviously wasn’t going to figure this out, I offered him a simple solution, can you just take my order over the phone. Obviously not happy, but he did. I’ve shared with many how great Bases burgers are, but seriously, this frustration is not worth it.

Ive loved this food since i was a kid and its still good but the past 4 times ive gotten food my order is messed up. I never get the bacon i ordered on my burger. I ask for no pickles or tomatos and they are both on there and if i order an appetizer it either doesnt come or its the wrong item. If they get their act together id love to rerate them 5 stars because the food is always top notch but im not getting what i pay for so i cant dothat just yet

Update: I recently visited Bases again. Unfortunately, the review rating dropped. I was very surprised at the greeting. There wasn’t one. A young boy with dark hair and light colored eyes was at the wondow. He didn’t say, hello, he just stuck his hand out for payment. Then without looking my way he handed back my card and then gave me my drinks. I was so upset by his poor customer relations thatvI didn’t notice the drinks until I got home. There wasn’t any ice in them and the Coke was flat. The burgers were not as appealing as they used to be. The lettuce was limp and old.
I was very disappointed. I hope the owners read this and make the necessary improvements. I can’t believe I paid for this just to dispose of it. I tried calling to inform them and ask for a credit or refund, but as the other reviews say, it goes straight to a full mailbox.

Why didn’t I read the review before this ish. Taste like McDonalds burger, not real beef, zero taste, no seasoning at. And the kids working are horrible at customer service. I would never in this lifetime buy anything from here. They won’t last long because the quality of the food is trash! And the fries were cold and overcooked. Total waste of my $25

The food is always good and made fresh and fast, you’ll never sit in line longer than 10min even if the line looks long, they get you in and out quick and you can make it home and still enjoy your meal while it’s hot, and now they are open past midnight now so when ur craving a double play late at night now you can pull up and grab it, nomore waiting till tomorrow.

The girl taking the orders on 11/1/25 was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her to repeat my order to be sure she heard me correctly and she repeated it so fast I could barely understand (should’ve left then) Once i got to window she wasn’t there. I got home the order was totally wrong. Left me without a patty on my triple and over charged me. I tried calling the establishment 5 times no answer and that’s crazy because there was no cars in line with me.

Stopped by to try their burgers because of the reviews after I left a doctor’s appointment in League City. The burger patties was juicy but it didn’t have enough seasoning/flavor. I added cheese, jalapenos, bacon, mayo, ketchup, pickles, onions, lettuce, and tomatoes. The toppings gave the burger most if not all it’s flavor. The fries were nice and crispy. Mr. Burger in Beaumont, Silsbee, and Orange Texas is still my favorite burger spot!
