This place could be so great but it’s not. The vibe is great, the service is just ok, kind of slow. Stopped in with my wife on a Saturday night and only 3 tables were sat and the service was still slow. The sushi came out warm to start. My wife got the lamb chop that tasted bland and the mashed potatoes were cold. I got box 4 and the chicken was bland, the churasco was cold. Drinks were ok but the prices at this place are crazy. A California roll is 15 bucks! Will not be coming back.

The atmosphere here was nice, the food was good also. The empanadas were really good, the taquitos were okay. Drinks were good too. Overall the menu had a lot of good options to choose from. Seemed like all the staff only spoke Spanish but the service was still very thorough and attentive

I truly had a difficult time rating this restaurant and I will explain why. The food was fantastic but the pricing was outrageous, legitimately outrageous especially for the location. The presentation and plating was very nice and the portions were small. It was as if I ordered from a fine dining establishment not a corner bar in northeast next to a bus stop and parking next to homes in an alley next to dumpsters like I did, which is their parking. Their happy hour pricing appears ok but I ordered 4 long islands that were supposed to be $6 each (for a date night before our ticket times at another venue and 2 of us) and 2 appetizers each, 4 total which were supposed to be $9 each and somehow it was still $96 ……. so 4 drinks 4 apps for 2 ppl and paid $116…. the waitress was very courteous and friendly. We were the only people in the restaurant for the hour we were there and honestly we thought it wasn’t even open yet when we walked in. It’s a really nice vibe abd done up really nicely but with dinner plates averaging $38 … i understand why it’s empty. The restaurant location and demographics compared to pricing just doesn’t match and it’s ashame because if placed in a cleaner nicer area of north east or in the city, this place would thrive. Again, chef did a wonderful job on the food, the waitstaff are wonderful women and the place is really a vibe inside but the location and pricing doesn’t match. I am absolutely not the kind of person to get up and walk out after seeing the menu prices but what was supposed to be happy hour to resolve how we walked in expecting a early dinner late lunch fun good food and somehow still paid prices we would’ve for full meals on on apps and 2 drinks each, I was just floored. I knew they overcharged me entirely considering i deliberately ordered the happy hour meals reallllllyyyy is what got me. It should have been $24 for 4 drinks and 56$ for 4 small small small apps (sample tasting size) oh and 1 app was actually a $6 chips n guacamole app , to somehow come to 96$ ($20 more plus the 20% tip i added, I over paid literally over $40 ) …. we again had a time slot at another venue and needed to go… so hey you got me for an extra $20…. but in that area and catering to the younger demographics which I seen on your social page …. I am sure they won’t take kindly to waitstaff attempting to rip them off or “accidentally” charge more than a few dollars extra…… I also wouldn’t use language barriers as an excuse or mistake either as I speak more than English and my date is from Puerto Rico……… I do hope the owners read their reviews and take all of this into consideration and keep an eye on the things I mentioned. All this combined is why I rated as I did and ofcourse wouldn’t return or recommend.

The food was really good and full of flavor! The inside of the restaurant was beautiful, very tropical with an island vibe and great Latin music playing in the background. It made the whole experience feel like a mini getaway.
And I have to give a huge shout out to ROSE !!, my server. Every time I come here, without even requesting her, she somehow ends up taking care of us and I absolutely love it. She treats us like family, always with the warmest smile, genuine care, and perfect attention to detail. She’s truly the heart and soul of this place and makes every visit extra special.

Naomi is a server/ bartender she took care of my husband and I. She is so sweet, and makes the best drinks. I will definitely be returning to see her. The food was 100. No complains. Had a good time.

My wife and I stopped in around 3:15pm yesterday for happy hour. It was our first time visiting, and after reading the reviews we were really excited to try this place. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential.
Unfortunately, our first impression wasn’t great. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted. A woman behind the bar looked at us, and when I asked where we could sit, she simply pointed to a table without saying anything. She seemed annoyed that we had come in.
After we sat down, the same woman brought us menus. I immediately started looking at the happy hour section, which clearly stated “Monday through Friday, 3pm–7pm.” She noticed and said, “Oh, that happy hour is not valid today,” then swiped to the regular-priced menu and walked away without any further explanation.
Feeling confused and unwelcome, we decided to leave. As we were walking out, she asked why we were leaving. I mentioned that we thought happy hour was available. She then said they do have happy hour, just not the one listed on the menu. However, this wasn’t explained to us at the table. It honestly felt like we were being steered toward ordering from the regular menu without clarification.
Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with our first visit. That said, the space is beautiful and seems like it could be a great spot to hang out. I’m willing to give it another try during a busier time when there’s more staff, in hopes that the experience will be different.
